The Space:

This centrally located condo at Golden Sands will leave you within easy reach of an abundance of activities for a memorable vacation experience. Grab your cup of coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise over the ocean from your own private balcony, or from the primary bedroom which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows for the ultimate view. Spend the warm summer days at one of the pools, or head to the beach for a day of sand andsurf. For the more active, challenge your friends and family to a game of tennis or volleyball while the kids play at the arcade. The well-stocked kitchen has everything needed to cook your favorite meals. It includes all appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Curl up on the sofa and stream all of your favorite movies and TV shows or read a good book. After a day of fun in the sun, retire to one of the cozy bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan to keep you cool. Things to Know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026.
