Villa Zsara very near La Fustera In its own grounds with private pool

Lovely property, very clean and spacious. Very well kept. The host was great with communication before and during the week.

Tricky to find but a nice peaceful place to relax

we had a great time, a nice house and a great pool. wonderful outside dining. nice kitchen and lots of room. Would not recommend sleeping downstairs. had some problems with the internet that did not work well for us. it was hard to find at first. but a very quiet and private house. well recommended

Villa is hard to find , even with satnav. The villa is a good size and very well stocked with tea, coffee, and other bits that have been left behind. We had a problem with the sky TV not working, and issues with the internet, we contacted the owner and he was very prompt with his reply, unfortunately it didn't rectify the problem and he had to get someone in to fix the issues. Although the villa is a good size , the decor is quite tired and would benefit from a good redecoration. The downstairs bedroom is isolated from the rest of the villa and smells VERY STRONGLY of damp. The listing says that they have a problem with mosquitoes and to make sure you use a repellent! Unfortunately we found that the problem was not mosquitoes but an infestation of tiny flying ants which seem to be in the lounge and there is also a lot of woodworm . (Plenty of pictures) When we contacted the owner about these , he said it was due to the heavy rain fall that we had! Unfortunately we had spoken to his villa manager and she told us it was a reoccurring problem. Overall we found our stay to be disappointing. The villa is not far from the beach, shops and Calpe town , but you definitely need transport though. 2 out of 5

Had a little trouble finding the property, but it had everything we needed. Plenty of room for all the family. Wifi was excellent, needed when your travelling with teenagers. Pool was a good size, used a lot by all. Nice little extras, like cold water left in fridge. Condiments in kitchen, plus everything for washing up. Quiet area with plenty of shade when needed. Owner quick to reply to any questions you may have. Really enjoyed our stay, the villa was just want we needed, for some rest and family time. Would definitely use again.

The villa and location met our expectations. The villa was spacious and the pool area was bigger than the photos make out so that was a bonus! Location - although slightly tricky to find the find right gate - was lovely as it was quiet and secluded away from the main roads. Contact with the owner John was very prompt and his leniency with check out was very very much appreciated! It really is a perfect family villa so would recommend to anyone thinking of staying in this area.

The villa is really clean and fully equipped with all you need for a home from home experience. Pool area is even better than the pictures illustrate. Definitely recommend. Only one small point that the downstairs bedroom is not accessible internally which was no concern for us but just if you were travelling with younger children. Would recommend the whole experience to anyone from booking through to a wonderful stay. I

Although a little difficult to find, the road is actually split by the property so we ended up at the back gate, but it was only because we arrived in the middle of the night that made it difficult to find the villa. it’s 15-20min walk from local beach 5min drive to Calpe which is lovely. Water sports options nearby lovely coastal walk, local Algi supermarket very good but larger supermarkets only 5min drive away. Property was large, plenty of parking, nice large pool, plenty of sun beds, chadors and table outside. A well stocked kitchen, lovely living and dining room. Wi fi, widescreen TV with satellite and Amazon Prime, nice rooms, adequate bathrooms. Went to the local markets in Calpe which were nice and there are plenty of options to eat out within a 20-30min walk. Would come back, enjoyed a relaxing time there. Calpe Rock was exciting with wonderful views although to go past the tunnel through the rock the path was not safe for anyone scared of heights as there were no railings, fences etc whilst getting to the tunnel was extremely safe and plenty of areas to picnic etc.
