Villa Yuca, sea view, luxuous, airco , wifi, pool, centrally located, BBQ

Very nice property. Great open area kitchen/living room. We were a group of 9 on a golf trip and the property had ample space. Also really nice pool area. Good communication from owner. 15 minute walk to downtown

Really lovely property with superb facilities. Beds were good. There was a musty smell in the bedrooms and on the bedclothes which we then washed ourselves. They were clean but had obviously been stored for some time. Drains in toilets were smelly. We purchased a toilet cleaner and daily use of this resolved the issue. Outdoor facilities were really great and excellent supply of kitchen utensils.

This villa met all our needs from location, views, amenities and helpful rep. From the comfortable beds both inside and out to the amount of crockery everything was catered for even down to soap in every bathroom and dishwasher tablets. Roel met us at the villa and answered our questions and was on hand if we had any questions. We had an amazing time and would love to stay again.

Property was as described but maybe a little tired Bedding mattress covers pillows were not of good standard need renewing Cushions on settee should be washed for each guest in my opinion looked like needed a wash Fridge wasn’t big enough for such a large amount of people in hot weather There was an outside fridge but need a bigger one indoors We have rented property’s all over the world and the standards need to be high especially as we paid a hefty price for the week I expected more luxury As described 15 minute walk to town But the walk back is uphill Taxi needed in the heat Pool was fabulous Our Grandchildren had a wonderful time Great holiday had as we met our Son and his Family over from Australia so it was a special holiday But in my opinion needs upgrading for prices that were charged

Everything as expected

the house is perfect for family meeting, 5 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. we were in november at the villa Yuca and we had 2 days of very cold and bad weather, we were happy to have a good heating system in the house. The house had everything what we needed. The see view is an highlight.

Everything worked as expected, check in and out was very easy. The pool is great, the house is large and beautiful. Location could not be better.

We were a group of 10, made up of 6 adults and 4 children. The kids being aged 10, 7, 3 & 1. The house itself was as nice as the photos suggested. A very easy place to be and comfortable. Located 10 minutes walk from the bustle in a quiet residential area. It's quite hilly which I rather enjoyed.

We had a great time and we all commented on how well your lovely villa worked for our party (3 families). The children loved the pool and it was great to be able use the pool well into the evening with the funky lighting. The children called it their party pool! The villa is well situated with great sea views and is away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag, which meant we all had a good night’s sleep and didn’t experience any noise issues. The walk down to the town/beach area is about 15-20 minutes however, I would say that the walk back is not for the faint hearted (up hill for the most part), however it is possible to drive to the beach and park relatively cheaply as you only get charged for the number of minutes you are there. The villa is recently renovated and tastefully decorated and is exactly how it is portrayed in the pictures. We made use of the lovely outside area in the day and into the evening playing cards. The villa is well equipped with a microwave, oven, barbeque, fridge freezer and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is a washing machine and second fridge freezer in the outside cupboard area. There is an outside sink and gas barbeque. Everything you could possibly want. The beach at Cala Canyelles is less busy and provides excellent snorkelling opportunities. A day's parking costs 8 Euros (shorter periods are available for less). Parking is limited so get there early. Tossa de mar is also close by and worth a visit.
