The Space:
Soft morning light fills the villa as you drift from a quiet bedroom into open living areas, giving everyone space to settle before heading out to Orlando’s top attractions. After a day of parks, you can return to the themed rooms, unwind in the game room, or relax by the private pool and hot tub. Kids drift between imaginative spaces while adults gather across two living areas or enjoy the privacy of spacious bedrooms.
Sleeping arrangements
Eight bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across two levels. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 offers a Queen Bed with an en suite bathroom, and Bedroom 2 features a King Bed with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 provides a Queen Bed with an en suite bathroom. A Disney Princess themed bedroom includes two Twin Beds, and another Disney Princess room also has two Twin Beds. Bedroom 5 is a Super Hero theme with two Twin Bunk Beds. Bedrooms 6, 7, and 8 contain a King Bed, a Queen Bed, and a Queen Bed respectively; Bedrooms 6 and 7 share a Jack and Jill bathroom, while Bedroom 8 has an en suite bathroom.
Indoor living
Two large living areas give groups room to spread out. The upstairs Star Wars loft adds a playful gathering spot, while the downstairs living and dining rooms create spaces for shared meals or quiet downtime. A TV and themed décor set the stage for movie nights. Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year‑round, and linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets are provided. A free washer and dryer let you refresh clothing, and a dedicated workspace supports remote needs.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen includes all essentials needed to prepare meals, with ample counter space for cooking at your own pace. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you choose where to enjoy meals together.
Outdoor living
A private outdoor pool sits just outside the patio doors, accompanied by sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture, and a BBQ grill for shared dinners. The private patio offers a spot to relax between outings, and the warm Florida air invites both kids and adults to unwind.
Game room
The game room invites friendly competition with air hockey, basketball, and a bean bag toss game, giving everyone an easy way to spend time together.
Neighborhood
Located in the Windsor at Westside community, you have access to resort amenities such as a kids arcade, children’s activity areas, a full gym, a zero‑entry pool, water playground, water slides, lazy river, and sports courts. The villa is a short drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and nearby shopping and dining options.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.
The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera in the garage although is out of service.
