Outside: a swimming pool (13 X 3) located in the middle of the two houses, wooden terraces offering a beautiful sea view, garden.

You have easy parking in front of the house.
The villa is ideally located: quiet, in a wooded subdivision, in a dominant position allowing a nice sea view.
It is close to the many beautiful beaches on the south shore of Ajaccio (5 mins by car for the nearest beach), close to the many shops in Porticcio and close to the imperial city of Ajaccio (15 mins by car, 20 by sea shuttle). It is also an ideal starting point to discover Corsica

We had a fantastic week in this great home with amazing views down to the sea. Lovely helpful hosts and everything we could need in a vacation home, and more. The house is perfectly designed to cope with hot weather, and the pool is great. We look forward to visiting again soon.
