Villa with Spectacular Lake View

First thing I would like to mention is the owners they are 5 star all the way. Very easy to deal with and very caring. Our stay was great ! Truthfully though everything was wonderful from the time we walked into the house until we left there is nothing negative to say. It was worth every penny. Thanks again for the great time

This house was the perfect distance from all the destinations we had planned for our time in Florida. Very quiet neighborhood, beautiful sunset and all round relaxing place to stay!! We enjoys watching the massive turtles swim around the pond in the morning time!!

The villa was in a nice development which was quiet and close to attractions.However we did feel the villa needed a deep clean and some updating or general maintenance. Overall we had a fantastic stay thank you

Beautiful, safe neighborhood. Lovely to look out at pond. Sandhill cranes, ibis, ducks…fish and turtles in pond.

Nicely placed in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance from the community tennis and basketball courts. Ample room for two families, but plenty of space for a family with teens. Larger kitchen with the necessary amenities for staying in all while close proximity to a variety of shopping districts.

Access to the property was very easy using the key pad and our first impressions were of a spacious, well-equipped villa. Due to its proximity to the Disney and other parks, we were able to enjoy a mix of busy park days and delightful relaxed days in an around the villa's lovely pool. The views across the lake are wonderful and we have many photos of the cranes and other birds that visited, and amazing sunsets. Being August, we needed relief from the heat from time-to-time so retreated indoors and made good use of the televisions in the lounge and bedrooms in the villa. Myat and Kan kindly allowed us a late check-out, which was much appreciated.

The house was clean and well maintained. We had a great trip and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The house itself was nice but it could definitely use some deep cleaning or a new cleaning person. There was cobwebs on the light above the table, the dust on the lights, vents, and doors was ridiculous. In my moms room upstairs the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The toilet downstairs attached to the queen room wouldn’t quit running at times (we had to keep fixing it) the toilets insides were rusted horribly bad and in the queen bedroom the sheets smelled like pee!! We had wash them and put them back on the bed, which I thought was pure laziness from whoever washed those sheets before we got there bc you could clearly smell it! Now I will say the pool and view of the pond was extremely relaxing. It is a little bit of a drive if you want to go anywhere but that wasn’t a big deal to us. The neighborhood was really nice and the people that lived there were really friendly.

House is in a great neighborhood and very spacious. We stayed busy so I did not take the time to communicate with property mgmt. A couple light bulbs need replaced and shower head in one of the master bedrooms. Freezer does not freeze, even if turned to colder. Front master toilet does not flush properly. House decor could stand to be updated, blinds missing slats. Our overall stay was pleasant as I understand people mistreat and don't take care of things and I did not communicate issues. Thank you!!
