For 6 guests max. No pets allowed. For relaxed and quiet guests. No laud parties or music please. It is house in a propriety of 3 houses. the neighbors are quiet country living. Thank you for understanding.

Please be aware and conscious about water consumption and fire hazard.
Algarve is in a serious decay of water please try to save it as much as possible.

Private swimming pool in private garden, the swimming poll must be supervised for children. it is preferable, children that know how to swim. it is entirely your responsibility to supervise your children in the poll garden and house. Please have fun without splashing water out. ( The Algarve face a big lack of water ).

The Villa is inserted in a propriety with 3 houses. It is a calm an quiet area, please it is to respect the surrounding.

Outside covered terrace with 2 long chairs dinning table and chairs and barbecue.

Firts floor,- Living room in L , Couch, TV -Portuguese channels, WiFi, wood chimney. Wood not provided but can be arranged for you.
Small book shelf with some books,
- Bath room with shower, toilet and hand sink.
- Kitchen equipped with 4 electric cooking plates, electric oven, micro wave, coffee machine, pans, plates cups etc.
washing machine for clothes.
- Dinning room with table and chairs, direct passage from kitchen in the wall, for food and utensils .

Second floor Tree big bed rooms whit double beds, closet, chair.
- Bath room with Bath tub, Hand basin, bidet .

- Big balcony wide as 2 sides of the house.

Top terrace with 360 degree view.

Linen provided, one bath towel per person, not for swimming area. plus extra smaller ones. Ironing table with iron.

A car or optional transport is necessary. 1 normal car parking spaces are available.
Access to the high way is at about 1 km, giving you the possibility to access easily all the Algarve, Spain and Lisbon.

Shooping - At 1.5 Kl you have local market with fresh fish and veggies and butcher at Moncarapacho villages, small and medium
Supermarket. 3 ATM available.
At min 7 Km you will find Olhao or Tavira were you can find larger supermarkets, shopping or local traditional markets.
Olhao fish market is very famous for the variety off fresh fish.

Restaurants At 1,5 km you have local restaurants that serve fresh typical dishes at a very fair price, some clients never cook. You will
find almost every were typical restaurants that are reasonably cheap for a savory typical food, very fresh.

Beach the nearest beach is at 7 km, on the way you will find also the typical salines. You can take the boat to a wide White send beach
for open ocean waters or if you prefer calmer waters you have the beach protected by the natural sand bench.
After that we recommend Pedras del rei on Tavira side that has a Small train to get you to an wide extensive thin white
send beach.

For open doors activities, There are around the house Rustic trails to walk, you can hick also to the top of mount st Miguel were you
can witness beautifully sunsets over the all Algarve coast.
Biking is also a possibility.

The owners live in the propertie, there are 2 dogs, cats and chickens.

The Electricity and water are to be paid extra when you leave. Upon the readings. In case of an unreasonnable cunsumption.

Plus 95 Euros for the final cleaning touch.

    Bring everything with you or be prepared to buy stuff (08.2025)!Strengths of the property: the villa's location, pool, garden, porch, new and quiet silent conditioning, silence.Weaknesses: the interior furnishings are old and poorly functioning, as are the doors and windows, some of which don't even open. The equipment in the bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms is substandard, especially considering the house is supposed to accommodate six people. Examples: one towel per person, a maximum of two for the entire stay, old and with holes, and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom; no tablecloth or placemats in the kitchen, and very few pots and pans; not even oil, salt, and pepper; bedrooms with only one bedside table and one nightlight.The owners’s dogs, who live next door, roam freely in the garden, happening to do their poos and pees in the garden. When asked the owners to keep them in their own home, as one of us is very afraid of dogs, they just didn’t bother.The owners living aside were poorly helpful, and only speak French or Portuguese. We were yelled at and scolded by the rude lady at least twice for accidentally leaving the outside lights on at night.Lastly, the person listed on VRBO as the booking agent—the daughter of the owners who live on the adjacent property and who speaks a little Italian—never showed up in 15 days, making every possible excuse.So: bring everything, be ready to receive help, and turn off lights if you want to avoid unpleasant reprimands.

    A beautiful house with lots of space. The garden and the pool are also great and the location is ideal for starting excursions or going to the beach (by car). We felt very comfortable, also because of many other things: air conditioning in each bedroom, good beds, plenty of towels for the pool and the beach, a shadow parking lot etc. Many thanks, Carole and all the best to you and your family.
