Villa with private pool, large garden and table tennis, near Alcudia Beach

Property was very clean, address for property given is not correct for sat navs, it takes you 10 mins away, was hard to find but managed in the end via google. Kitchen needs better glasses & sharper knives. Huge mosquito problem, nothing there to help with that. Tried contacting the host several times before via 3 phone numbers provided, email, chat and received no reply ever, this was fuatraiting on the run up to the holiday not knowing if its booked or not. Had to contact through vrbo in the end. Very uncomfortable beds.

Everything! Nothing at all, just we should have bought more insect repellent for the mosquito’s!

We had a wonderful vacation at Finca Tia Catalina. The finca was very clean and functionally furnished upon arrival. Everything we needed was available to us. The pool and grounds invite you to linger. Only the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning unfortunately, the rest of the finca cannot be cooled down, so it was always very warm. There are also many mosquitoes mosquito nets on the windows would help here.

A great villa in a remote, but idyllic setting. The villa was spacious and the layout worked well for our family of 4. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and taking in the surrounding scenery. The villa is well maintained and has all the basic equipment you need for your holiday. A car is essential as the villa is located down a single track with no amenities within walking distance. Pollensa Old Town and Alcudia are both a short drive away. We had no problem with mosquitos using some citronella candles. Overall, a great holiday at Villa Tia Catalina.

The booking process for Villa Tia Catalina through VRBO and BeBreeze was very straightforward. The directions and check-in instructions were very clear and sent to us well in advance of our arrival date. The villa was great and was exactly as it had been described on the website. It was clean and well maintained. We didn’t need to contact BeBreeze during our stay as we didn’t have any issues. We had a great family holiday and very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Tia Catalina.

House was beautiful and well kept. Pool and yard where great. Loved to grill and enjoy the sun. Some problems with lights (pool lights not working for example). And you need to supply knive sharpeners, knives were really dull. Maybe get another cutting board as well.

Die Villa ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, sie hat einen sehr schönen Garten mit Pool, Grillplatz, Tischtennisplatte, ruhige Lage, Aussicht auf Felder und Hügel, sonnig von morgens bis abends, moderne Einrichtung, gut ausgestattet, mit Waschmaschine und Speisekammer. Eine kaputte Kaffeemaschine wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Guter Service, freundlich, gute Kommunikation, Nähe zu schönen Stränden und viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten Moskitonetze an den Fenstern
