Villa with Private Pool, Games Room, Free Wifi and Lake View

The home was as described, slight issue but host worked rectify it as soon as I notified them. Location is ideal for theme parks, but not too close so no crazy traffic, also easy to park with clear information on rules

Home was conveniently located to all Disney Parks and commute.

We loved this house, there was so much space. Super clean and equiped with all the necessary appliances. I was not happy with only have 1 roll of toliet paper per bathroom and 1/2 a roll of paper towels (for a week). There were also no basic spices(salt and pepper). We ended up having to buy esentials for bathroom and kitchen.I choose this house primarily for the pool and we were not able to use it even once in a week long stay. It is beautiful but not heated.

We enjoyed our stay and the pool. Plenty of room. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. We were wondering though, what is best to use to get the fish in the water behind the house to bite? For next time :)

Amazing getaway! Pool was wonderful! Since the pool was always in the sun it was always the perfect temperature. Airconditioning temperature was great! Very quiet and beautiful pond to look at. Recommendation: if guest leave non perishable food and condiments(salt, pepper, seasonings...) allow maid to leave for next guest. We have stayed at many VROB's and its always so helpful when you have some basics to start with. Also, a few more pool towels. There were only 2 so, we did leave one more but since the pool is a huge draw at least for us. At least 4 pool towels would have been nice. These are just suggestions to make what is an absolutely amazing house even better. I would recommend this house! You will not be disappointed.

The house overall is a great stay, it’s not too far from main areas. There was hair in the masters bedroom shower. The furniture needs to be cleaned or updated. The pool table (sticks were broken).

Home was very spacious and had everything we needed. 2 miles of a Super Walmart and Publix’s.

The house is nice and clean. Comfortable beds for all 6 family members. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed morning coffee by the pool while watching water fowl on the pond, behind the house. Also utilized the pool after long days at the parks. Not too far from Disney parks and easy to avoid most heavy traffic. Would stay at this property again, if we had the opportunity.

Beautiful property that was close to everything we needed. Basic necessities were provided and we were so grateful for it. We would happily book this stay again in the future.

Spacious home to accommodate your whole family. The host was great with his communication. I did not check in on the original day due to family members being sick. Host was very helpful with submitting paperwork for the travel insurance company.

Condo was very nice. It was very clean. The pool was great & the lake out back made for a peaceful setting. We would recommend this place very highly.

Amazing place

I chose this property in the Uk and when we arrived the property was exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean and well appointed. The location was in a cul de sac and was quiet and peaceful. It was easy to reach all the tourist locations although most has long traffic jams on the roads. My husband and I were both extremely satisfied with the property.

Was great place in very central area , we were busy busy daily was a great disney trip and universal , we had pool heated and luckly we did as it was a tad chilly for florida during our stay but the pool was nice and warm No complaints was a amazing time and plenty of room at the house would stay again

There was damage to the front door that the owner is trying to blame us for and pay for the repairs. Paint was missing from the door.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The house is a great size and centrally located to every activity we did, which was quite a bit. Highly recommend!

First let me say the pictures don’t do this place justice. It was beautiful, clean, quiet, and in a very central area of Orlando where it wouldn’t take very long to get to all the places you would want/need to go. This place thought of everything you could need. The pool was awesome not only because it was screened in, but the view of the pond and its various wildlife was serene. The neighborhood was very quiet, so it felt like we were home. The host Michael was wonderful and very responsive. We had no issues at all during our stay. We will still be staying here again.

Very clean & nice home. Good location to all the parks. The twin mattresses were uncomfortable but the younger people couldn’t tell. My family enjoyed their stay and look forward to future stays.

Beautiful place. 3 adults, 2 teens, 2 young adults and my grandbaby. Very clean. Only suggestion is to bring towels for using at the pool because there was only enough towels for showing.
