It is a newly built villa on 2 levels, just outside the city of Alghero. On the ground floor there is a living area with kitchen and bathroom. The veranda overlooking the pool. Downstairs are 4 bedrooms, each of which has air conditioning and 2 bathrooms with double sink. There are three double bedrooms and a bedroom with two bunk beds, a cot is also available on request; linen are included in the beach towels. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and there is plenty of space to relax.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025We loved the quiet and scenic location. Our stay was during the summer and the pool was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the outside eating and sitting areas. The air conditioned bedrooms and spacious bathrooms were great. Our host was easy to work with and always answered our questions and met our needs promptly. Great house for a large group and very convenient to shops and restaurants in Alghero.

Stayed May 27, 2025The house had everything we needed for 4 adults and 3 children. The pool / patio area was very relaxing. The house is gated for security. A 2 mile drive into Alghero. Recommended for families.

Stayed May 10, 2025We had a lovely family holiday at the villa. Great location surrounded by olive groves with views to the hills. Still only a 10 min drive to the beach or town centre.The villa was well equipped and anything we were short of Christina supplied. Lots of space both indoors and outside. We made good use of the pool in May and Christina provided pool toys for our children. All in all a great base for a family holiday.

The welcome was very warm, Cristina has given us detailed infos where to find the Villa, as well as recommendations for restaurants & supermarkets nearby. We all liked the pool, the silence, the great patio and it was quite near to Alghero Downtown (by car). Grazie & Arrivederci

Stayed Jun 25, 2023We recently stayed in this house and had an amazing experience. Cristina was super helpful during checkin and when we locked ourselves out ?. The house is very large and has plenty of space. It has all of the kitchen amenities possible. We were only a family of four but it could accommodate many more if needed. My husband and I had to work at night and each bedroom also has a desk which was helpful for us. The pool is fantastic and the town is a short drive away. We had a great experience and will remember that house fondly!
