Stayed Sep 14, 2024Cottage complies with the description as described. Gabi brought the key at the agreed time. Dear attentive woman who is immediately ready for you. Javea is a really nice place especially the old part. We heard that they will renovate the kitchen and bathroom at the end of the year. Hier komen wij zeker nog een keer terug.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024The outside area including the pool is fantastic. As it was very hot it was lovely to have a pool to enjoy. The views from the villa are also amazing. The villa is well equipped for your self catering needs and also has air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms which was needed at times in the night and made such a difference. I understand from the host the villa is going to be refurbished next year which is needed. We had issues with the boiler not providing hot water so had regular cold showers. The host Gabi was very attentive to this but failed to solve the issue. One other note is the drive up to the property is extremely steep and in poor condition. As a result we decided to park our car on the road beside the gate to the villa. Overall we had a lovely stay and the location is excellent and quiet so just what you need for a relaxing holiday.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Great location being so near to Javea and Moraira. Villa is a little tired and needs a refurb, but it was very clean, spacious and the pool was excellent. Great for two or a family with young kids. Gabi, who greeted us, was very friendly and easy to contact if there were any issues (which there weren't). We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend.

Stayed Mar 30, 2024The villa is located in a nice urbanisation which itself is well placed to visit surrounding villages and towns. Xabia, Denia, Gandia, Calp (very nice) are all close and are nice coastal towns with good beaches.

Stayed Sep 17, 2022The villa is very comfortable but is in need of some modernisation. The outside area and pool are lovely and the views are amazing. We had a thoroughly relaxing week. Javea is a beautiful area, we have been many times. We will be booking to return again next year.
