Villa with pool and whirlpool on the sea

The property is located on a gated community literally a stone’s throw from the beach that extends for miles in either direction. The outside of the property is delightful with a large pool and plenty of seating surrounded by mature and colourful planting. The owners Matteo and Maria are very welcoming. The apartment has a small but well equipped kitchenette and sitting room however the seating is not the most comfortable. It was described as a 2 bedroom apartment but in reality it is one with an on suite and a room divider for the bunkbeds in the same room. The location is great for accessing local towns and villages for days and nights out.

Matteo and his family were very welcoming and it was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful location. The apartment has everything we needed for our short stay and was very clean. The outside space was amazing and it was very difficult to get the kids to leave the pool. The apartment is very close a lovely little beach with beautifully warm sea. We had a fantastic relaxing time. Thank you Matteo, we will be back.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the villa. The apartment was spotless and just the right size. The pool area is stunning and extremely well maintained. The location is also very quiet which aids a restful holiday. Matteo and his wife Maria were brilliant hosts, very welcoming and extremely friendly. We were greeted with Easter Eggs for the 2 children and a bottle of Prosecco for us, which I thought was a lovely touch to welcome us. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay, we had issues with our car hire upon arrival and once we got to the villa, Maria went as far as to loan us her car. The villa is in a lovely area with a beach right on the doorstep. We were also very near to some other lovely beaches and Ostuni is situated nearby for a lovely couple of day trips out. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be booking again in the next couple of years. My Italian is extremely rusty after not visiting the country for 9 years - in the smaller villages, you will need to know the basics but we got by in supermarkets and of course most of the restaurants we visited had English speakers so please don't let this aspect put you off.

The small apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. The real selling point is the fabulous garden and pool area (which is where you'll probably be spending most of your time). A great sandy beach is literally a 2 minute stroll away and this is all within a quiet and exclusive gated community. Well positioned for local attractions being very close to Ostuni, Alberobello and the Grottos. Matteo and his wife are very welcoming and are happy to help in any way. Highly recommended for couples and families with young children.

Perfect location (200 mtrs to the sea) in a gated community (so be prepared to contact Matteo, the landlord, beforehand, he picks you up at the gate and hands out to you an access card), very quiet, absolutely wonderful garden with pool and jacuzzi you are free to use anytime. The apartment is at the lower level of the villa, where Matteo and Maria live. They are great hosts, both hard working during the day, very friendly and helpful. Matteo speaks English and shows you around if you like, he knows the best restaurants, beaches, shopping sites etc. The apartment ist lovely and tidy, equipped with everything you need as a couple or small family. So, in one sentence: A great place to spend your vacation!
