Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet. Separate toilet with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Living room with TV. You have access to the balcony.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Ližnjan. The villa is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars).
