Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and air conditioner. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 additional beds at bunk bed (upstairs) and The room is accessed from another room, no separate entrance, suitable for children. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Dramalj. The villa is situated on an enclosed plot, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
