Villa Riviera is a modern, bright dwelling perfectly prepared for family holidays, combining comfort, tranquillity and spacious interior and exterior areas that guarantee a memorable stay.



The living and dining room, located on the ground floor, offers a welcoming and functional environment, ideal for moments of conviviality between family and friends. On this floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a bathtub, a second bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds en suite with a shower. This floor also includes an additional bathroom with a shower, and all bedrooms have access to balconies overlooking the outdoor area.



On the lower floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower.



The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, communicates directly with the outdoor area, facilitating practical and relaxed meals.



There is also a games room equipped with snooker, table tennis and table football, offering entertainment for all ages.



Outside, the heated swimming pool (additional cost), two jacuzzis (additional cost), the BBQ and the outdoor dining area provide excellent moments of leisure, relaxation and socialising.



Villa Riviera is located in Armação de Pêra, just a few metres from the beach and close to shops, restaurants and bars, guaranteeing convenience and a complete seaside experience.



The moving day for this property is Sunday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 18 guests.

From the 19th to the 26th guest, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.
