Villa w Relaxing Resort Amenities

Doug and Jenny were very accommodating I had to come down for work and stayed there for 30 days. Location to the pool with outdoor tiki was fantastic. Very close to my client, great restaurants and groceries.

We enjoyed our time at this lovely house in Paseo. The owners responded promptly to any questions we had. The house was well equipped and easy to settle into. Time went by to quickly, hated to leave.

We loved our 2 month stay in this very comfortable villa in the beautiful Paseo community. The villa had everything we needed to feel right at home. It was the perfect size for when it was just the two of us and for when our children and grandchildren stayed with us. Since it’s a gated community, we let Doug know whenever family came to visit; he always responded immediately to all of our questions and requests….always very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the beautiful pools, food and drinks from the tiki bar, free weekly movies/popcorn, food truck Tuesdays, exercising in the gym and riding the 2 bikes that were in the garage. While we were happy to stay in Paseo most of the time, across the street from the main entrance is a farm stand, local brewery and farm animals that our grandchildren enjoyed feeding. And Publix is just a short drive away. We have lots of good memories from our stay that we’ll always cherish!

We stayed for 5 weeks and had a great time. The gym/pool/bar were amazing. We had everything we needed and the property owners were so helpful with tips and events. We’re coming back over the next few months and grateful we found some place that feels like home.

We spent the months of February & March 2023 at Villa Paseo. The property was well equipment and was as advertised. Doug was very responsive to a concern with the ice maker. Their home was very enjoyable and we were envied by any quests who visited us there. We would love to be able to visit again sometime in the future.

The home was clean and very well stocked. The homeowner was friendly, helpful, and attentive. We had a nice time in a nice home within a resort style community. The pool and workout facilities were great as were the planned activities. We stayed a month here and highly recommend it!

Doug and Jenny made everything so simple and easy for us to get set up for our stay. They were great at communicating if any questions came up. It was one of the best trips we have had as a family! The house was so clean and beautiful, and the community was like being at a resort with all the amenities! Will absolutely tell all our friends and family about it! Amazing place to vacation!
