Villa w/ heatable pool, jacuzzi & BBQ, Armação

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was well organized and perfect for a relaxing break. The airport transfer service made our arrival very smooth.

The accommodation was very comfortable and ideal for spending quality time together. The overall experience was calm and enjoyable. The boat tour offered by the company was a great extra and highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt at ease from the start. The space was welcoming and perfect for relaxing. Dining at the Algarbe restaurant was a lovely way to end our days.

Spacious apartment. All the extras ( heated pool and jacuzzi , additional bed) present on arrival. Good facilities. Easy to walk to the beach and town. A great holiday for all the family (7 adults and 5 children.

A fantastic stay in a spacious and well-equipped villa. The property offered plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy, with lovely outdoor areas to unwind. The team was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. We also took advantage of the boat tours, airport transfers, and had a great meal at the restaurant Algarbe.

This was a very nice villa for the family and a decent price but there are some points which I believe you should be aware of:The jacuzzi is not included so deceiving being in alot of the standard photos and mentioned in main description. We missed this in the very small print. There is an extra cost and was empty when we went to use it so would have been a day or 2 to get filled/heated but they would not offer a reduced price of hire unfortunately. Photos were taken a while ago so villa is tired in places.Sunbeds and towels need updating. Beds are quite uncomfortable, springs can be felt in a few of them. Table tennis table is in full sunGames room shows 2 arcade games, but they do not work, one does not even have a plug.Despite all of this, the location of the villa is lovely, nice small town with some great restaurants and we had a lovely week

Villa was excellent, as described and well located. Loved the area. Olivia was very helpful at all stages with regards to the booking and villa, with Steven complementing that with the bookings for trips, I would reccomend the Boat trip to the caves. Rgds Jamie Also go visit Charlie at the Waterdog Bar for a nice drink.

My family had a fantastic time here, the location is great, the Villa was great and Algarve Vacation was great Nothing

The villa was excellent and suited us perfectly for 7 adults and 4 children ages 7 - 13. (A lot of steps for younger children.) Very clean, well supplied for kitchen use. 1st and upper ground were well laid out, lower ground was less desirable, dark and smelt slightly musty, but adequate. Pool was a good size and well maintained. Gardens were well kept. Parking for 3 - 4 cars. Location was good, near enough to shops with a short drive but far enough out of the centre to be quiet. Not too much building work going on nearby and wasn't intrusive. Inside the furniture was fine, some of the external furniture was a little tired. Wi-Fi was good and TV was good for kids. Barbeque worked well with good outside eating space. We believe the villa was at least 15 years old and had been well maintained. Probably due for some updating. Shower cubicles were small but adequate for most. Generally a well run villa and good value for money, we would recommend it for groups of up to 12, any more would need to use the sofa beds which is a pain at the beginning and end of the day.

Great Villa, lots to do Kids loved the Pool and games room 11 of us stayed plenty of room for everyone. Would recommend this villa to anyone.

lovely villa but a bit out of the way for shops local aminetys didnt realise it was so hilly as needed to get taxis to return back to villa due to health conditions of myself and husband we also found the swing doors at he top of lower ground access a hazzard as they hit you on the back on going down the stairs unfortunatley one of the doors fell off luckily no injury to anyone cannot fault all the correspondence with the karen and would book with you again but take advice on other propertys suitable to our needs THANK YOU FOR A GREAT STAY !!!

Spacious Villa in a great area. Short walk to excellent beach and top family friendly restaurants. We had a fantastic holiday, loads for the kids to do. Would highly recommend for large families
