Villa w/ heatable pool, BBQ & games room

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa is large, well equipped and very comfortable. The games room was a big highlight and the outdoor dining area was perfect for BBQ dinners.

A great villa in a very good location. The rooms were comfortable and the house had plenty of space for everyone. We loved the outdoor area and the pool, and the nearby beaches are beautiful.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. The house is very spacious and perfect for a big group. The pool area and BBQ were great for relaxing during the day, and the games room with snooker and ping pong was a lot of fun for everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Florida. The house was spacious with plenty of room for the whole family and lots of relaxing spots to unwind. The games room was a huge hit with the kids!The host was exceptionally helpful and always easy to reach whenever we had a question.The only downside was a faulty air-conditioning unit in the basement bedroom, which leaked water when switched on. This made the room a quite damp and stuffy, and unfortunately, it wasn’t resolved during our stay.Aside from that, everything else was perfect - the villa was exactly what we needed, comfortable, well-equipped, and great value for money.

Our stay was amazing from the moment we arrived. The house offered everything we needed for a fun and comfortable holiday, and the games room was a great bonus. The team was also very helpful, especially when arranging local activities like boat tours. We would happily return.

Lovely villa, good location, bit of a hill to and from strip but walkable. If not Ubers are very quick and cheap! Great space and we all loved the pool. Plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Great games room which kept a group of teenagers busy! Only thing we think could be improved is being able to store luggage on site prior to check in time and an information pack about what to do with rubbish and info on the local area.

We had a fantastic time here. The place felt spacious, comfortable and perfect for a relaxing break with family and friends. The outdoor area was great for unwinding after a day out, and everything around was easy to reach. Truly a pleasant stay.

The villa has 7 BRs, 5.5 baths. Lots of place to sleep. Large kitchen and dining / living area. Everything was very clean when we arrived with clean sheets and towels for our stay. The pool was heated (we paid for this) and made it a decent temperature to swim. It was colder than usual when we went in April. We enjoyed cooking on the outdoor bbq on the nicer evenings. The neighborhood is very quiet. You need to drive to most places but it is quiet at night and away from the loud/busy areas. Weather was bad most days and everything was wet / damp. There was no heat in the house so it was often chilly and damp inside. There are many items that need to be repaired - broken tiles on the stairs to the pool (quite dangerous for small kids - we had to cover the broken areas), the storm shutters only worked sometimes, the coffee machine barely works, etc. There was a single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (some not even a full roll), one trash bag in the kitchen and literally nothing else. It felt very cheap to rent a house to 11 people for a week and only provide a single trash bag. We nicely asked for a 2nd trash bag and were told that it was self catering and we could go to the store and buy our own. Who wants to buy an entire box of large trash bags? They only provided 1 key to use among 3 families. Super inconvenient. We got the keycode exactly at 4pm for checkin but they tried pushing us to leave earlier on our checkout day to start cleaning.

A large, lovely property. A simple phone call took care of any questions we had. We felt safe here and was walking distance to many venues. Thank you!

Overall the villa was exactly how it looks on the website. Great size and was all cleaned and tidied. The games room was amazing and the lay out was perfect for me and my friends. Would 100% recommend staying here as the villa was perfect and the communication with the staff was quick and easy.

Spacious and well looked after. Beginning to show its age a little, but everything worked. Almost nothing we would have wanted that wasn't provided. Some baking trays for the kids' fish fingers and chips perhaps. Bit of a walk from the car parking area up a slope to the front door, not a problem for us but someone with less mobility?? Quiet area, didn't experience any intrusive noises. Definitely need a car, just a bit too far to Aldi to want to walk in the heat. Overall, thoroughly to be recommended.
