Villa Vernissa

Overall the house was great, the air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms. The location meant the kids could be as noisy as they liked without upsetting anyone. The only areas it didn't really exell was around some of the fixtures and crockery (only one bedside light in the double room, only one large glass for beer or GnT, coffee maker quite old).

Pool, Garten, Lage Wasser und Gas war alle. Das war kurz etwas blöd. Vorher prüfen und ggf einweisen.

The whole process was amazing, checking in was smooth, the property is adequately well equipped and the pool was perfect. The location is very remote which is exactly what we were looking for, but close enough to beaches and Alcudia.

The location is excellent and relaxing and the children love the facility’s . it feels a very safe place . The check into the villa was excellent . It’s clean and tidy . I have stayed at the villa on 4 occasions and it’s a wonderful property . This year it just felt it needs a bit of a refresh . Juan was excellent at the handover as always and resolved my 1 and only maintenance Issue promptly .

very peaceful in a good location. not too far from good beaches. Joan was extremely helpful and a very pleasant person to solve questions and give advice. the pool was delightful as were the plants and general environment.

Beautiful villa in a very private location. Excellent facilities and just a short drive to everything you need. Very relaxing place to get away from the normal resort bustle. Highly recommended.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen stocked with goodies when we arrived. Can’t fault the cleanliness of the villa. Lots of nice little touches like floaties for the pool, a swing which our 3 year old loved, and a range of ride on toys for the garden. The villa is in a good position, nice and peaceful but only 7 minutes to the nearest supermarket. We had daily visits from the local herd of sheep which the children loved! Joan was helpful and friendly but not at all intrusive, just a text away if we needed any help. The only reason for not giving the villa 5 out of 5 was because the tv channels were all German, nothing at all in English, and the shower wasn’t very good! Apart from that we had a great stay.

We had a great family holiday at this villa, July 2018. Juan, who organised our booking and greeted us on arrival was super helpful throughout, and set our holiday off in fine spirits! The villa was very spacious and the outdoor space fantastic, the kids in particular loved swinging on the hammock in the shade when the midday sun was hottest. Table tennis, trampoline, kids ride on tractors and pool (that was cleaned daily) were amazing at keeping children, and adults alike, occupied, so we had quite a few days not even venturing out and just enjoying the tranquility. On the days we did venture out, C’an Picafort was just a short drive away and had a great beach (although a little rocky in places) shops and restaurants. Not much further along the coast line, were stretches of sandy toddler friendly beaches, although be prepared to take shelter as this was very difficult to find! Alcudia was not too far either approx 30 min drive, and had a great splash park. Most evenings we chose to dine at the villa, with its very useful party kitchen, bbq and shaded outdoor seating. We had a super relaxing time and would definitely recommend!

We have just returned from this wonderful villa and had a brilliant time! The location was great, the host was very helpful and the villa was perfect! We were a group of 30 year olds and felt the villa was perfect for us, would suit families really well too. It had everything we needed and more! Very enjoyable, value for money and would certainly reccomend to stay here!
