Tbe house was fabulous. Julie the host could not have been more helpful with are stay.will stay with her again.

The property was wonderful! We loved watching the boats in the canal. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, easy to get to fun local sites. The kids and I spent a ton of time in the pool. The house owner was very kind, gave us a great run down of the house and amenities before turning the house over to us. The place was very clean, beds were comfy!

My son and I stayed here in June. Julia met us at the home and took us on a tour of the property. It is a beautiful home and Julia was absolutely wonderful. The views are amazing. Even with afternoon thunderstorms lighting up the skies, it is a breathtaking view. Amazingly we didn’t even touch the thermostat. The house stayed extremely cool even with the high temperature outside. The neighborhood was super quiet and our neighbor was the sweetest, we spoke often while I fished and she drank her coffee. I caught and released several different species of fish which was so fun. The pool was so nice. Especially with the outside temperature. I would definitely recommend this home. It is very quiet and peaceful. We also had the opportunity to meet Julia‘s mother who is just precious. A wonderful stay!

This house was gorgeous. The pool area is the highlight with plenty of outdoor furniture and a fantastic view. I highly recommend this house.

Whether it is this property or the other six that she owns, this host is malignant because she ignores essential maintenance on her properties and is a complete skinflint in terms of maintenance. My stay was terminated by a complete and utter collapse of the electrical system in this house. No remediation was offered, only her repeated cries ”How was I to know. Prospective renters BEWARE.

Wished the house had kayaks to use on the channel. The pool was very nice and the house was conveniently located for restaurants and shopping.

Great house and neighborhood, close to most everything. Host was wonderful! Already looking for another stay!

This house was recently renovated and is very neat and clean. 4 bed rooms worked well for us. The view into the canal was very calming. The only improvements to make it better would be to replace a couple of mattresses' and a disposal. Set up bedroom TV so it is connected to the wifi so you could use your personal account to view. Good place to stay.

Julia was really good at communicating. House worked for me. Milton the hurricane didn’t. That’s nature! Can’t control that, I would recommend this home for anyone that loves a nice view

The property was just what we needed. Very clean and well stocked with necessities. It made for a very nice visit to town.

Miss communication ahead of stay lead to an additional $100 fee at check in for cleaning, may I suggest a new cleaning service. Lots of 2-3 inch black and white hair around bar and dining area. Indoor front door mat… just don’t move it. No hot water on master bath, not much more in second bath, there were only two of us and we showered together, not one warm shower, and there was something nasty smeared down the wall only viable when bathroom door was closed. Someone somehow was able to throw a water bottle in the back yard almost daily. Over all great, just needs water heater looked into and a new cleaning service. Loved the pool area, and tons of space, great location!!! Host was super nice and everything you’ll need is already provided.

My husband and I enjoyed a spectacular vacation at this home. The location on the water is perfect and relaxing. Julia was our hostess. A remarkably smart, supportive and kind host. We got there later than we expected and she had the lights on with welcoming suggestions for our visit. It was a perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of life.
