• The Villa Trou Rolland is a villa located above the quiet, pristine bay of Trou Rolland and the famous Marigot Bay. The villa stands elegantly up on the hillside with a magnificent view overlooking the bay and out over the ocean’s horizon. A private infinity pool, large patios, and bay windows provide for breath taking viewing points from all over the house. Plus, you can easily go down to one of two very special beaches. Or if you’re looking for a little more action, justhop down the hill to Marigot Bay where there are restaurants and things to do.

The Villa is perfect for a group or large family looking for some quiet time away, where the serene views of the Caribbean are sure to rejuvenate and invigorate you. Enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean in all its glory while maintaining all the comforts and amenities of home. A contemporary, state-of-the-art kitchen & BBQ with an ocean view will satisfy even your most ambitious home chef. The Villa has cable TV in the media room, and WiFi on all floors. But who are we kidding – we all know most of your time will be spent relaxing in the infinity pool or kicking back on a patio chair taking it all in.

The villa features 6 bedrooms, and a media room with en suite bath. Four of the bedrooms enjoy en suite bathrooms designed and built by Italian craftsmen, ceiling fans for when all you need is a little breeze, and climate control if you really need that extra coolness. The fifth and sixth bedroom shares an en suite bath.

There are 4 levels of patio decks – each equipped for entertaining, sunbathing, swimming and dining. An elegant central-helical staircase built in Maine adjoins the floors. An outdoor spiral staircase allows for easy movement between decks. All floors are covered with Travertine stone tiles and all counters are of rich dark granite.

The main living area enjoys breathtaking Caribbean vistas through tall walls of windows that can be opened to allow the sea breeze easy access. This room also features a vaulted Caribbean style ceiling and a central tower.

The villa’s beauty is not just on the inside though. The surrounding property has been intimately landscaped with rainforest gardens, a waterfall, flowering plants, lawns, and tropical fruit trees. The entrance courtyard is skirted by dozens of tropical plants and palm trees and allows for ample parking.

The villa’s location is very private and gated with only a few houses around – close enough for the peace of security but not so close to invade your privacy whatsoever. The Villa Trou Rolland is the perfect balance of the tranquil, quiet Trou Rolland Bay, and the lively restaurants and activities of Marigot Bay - just a 2-minute drive over and down the hill.
The Villa is not handicap accessible due to the multiple levels and central circular staircases.

The house is spectacular - with such beautiful views of the ocean and Trou Rolland bay. We were a party of 9 and were very comfortable - each with a separate bedroom and bathroom. The house was fully equipped with anything you could want. Will the villa manager was very responsive and helpful arranging reservations for dinner and a day on a cabin cruiser. Anthony's taxi was super helpful being dedicated to the house. Marigot Bay is a quick walk down the hill and a vigorous climb back up- but taxies are always available for you if you don't feel like walking. Fabulous trip and time with family.

Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. Dishwasher pods were available, and all bathrooms had plenty of soap and toilet paper. House was beautiful, spacious and well-stocked, even plenty of pool towels to use out by the pool. Building manager Will and driver Anthony were so helpful, even made us restaurant reservations!

Our stay at Villa Trou Rolland was absolutely spectacular. The photos of the house really understate the wonder of this property and the surrounding area of Marigot Bay. The villa is extremely well maintained and well appointed. There was something for everyone in our party, from those seeking adventure to those seeking to relax, and anywhere in between. The villa's location in Marigot Bay allowed us to enjoy all corners of St. Lucia, with Soufriere less than an hour to the south, Gros Islet less than an hour to the north, and Dennery/Vieux Fort about an hour to the southeast. All roads intersect near Marigot, so it really is an ideal location if you wish to experience the full wonder of the island. Many thanks to the property owners, managers, and staff for an unforgettable stay!

We were a party of 8 staying at the Villa for the week. The house was meticulous! Beautiful views, friendly housekeeper who gave us dinner and other recommendations and was on point with them. The taxi service associated with this Villa was top notch as well. I would recommend a stay here. 5 star

Our family of 12 adults stayed at Villa Trou Rolland for five nights. The house is beautiful, the views are stunning. The neighborhood is quiet. The house was clean, we had everything we needed for cooking, and beach towels were provided for us, which is a real plus. Communication with Will, the house manager, was easy and helpful. Claudia prepared our delicious dinners and Anthony drove us wherever we needed to go. We spent tons of time in the pool. We could easily walk down to the marina/town to get coffee and pastries or dinner. Walking back up was a bit of a workout, but it was fine for us. We all highly recommend this villa for a fantastic vacation!

We were 10 guests. The property was absolutely stunning in every way. The common area on the top floor had plenty of room and a well appointed kitchen which made in house meals quite easy to accomplish. The pool and pool deck areas were again spacious and had plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. We enjoyed many beautiful early morning vistas and incredible sunsets over Marigot Bay. I highly recommend this property!

We are a family of 9 that stayed for a week. This property is a must on your list. The spaces for family gatherings and quiet places are plenty around this property. The views spectacular. The property manager and staff were great to work with. Will, the manager, was so helpful in booking activities and checked up on us when Hurricane Beryl was heading to the island. The house was extremely solid we never were uncomfortable and had time to relax and play games. He also put us in contact with a chef and someone that would stock the house with groceries before we arrived. The owners have a great property with everything you need for your stay. We are blessed to have been able to book this home and would highly recommend it.

The property is as described. The views are gorgeous, and I'm really not sure you can beat them. Marigot Bay is very laid back. It was a bit hard to find the villa at first, but Darlene walked us through it. Agatha was incredible for our whole stay. She was very pleasant. The ACs were cold in the bedrooms, and my family of 4 adults really enjoyed our stay. I don't think you can go wrong with this property. I will say, the roads in St. Lucia we're not easy to navigate and we found them very stressful. If you are planning to stay here, but want to travel by car a lot, I wouldn't recommend it. If you have anyone that gets motion sick, again wouldn't recommend. If you want a gorgeous villa, that's private, and has spectacular views away from the hustle and bustle, look no further. 10/10. Loved our stay.

This Villa is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. They've thought of everything. The views, the pool, the landscape, the attention to detail...top tier! It's a short walk to the beach, the marina and some restaraunts. The communication with the owner and property manager was very efficient. We left dominoes there for your enjoyment.

We had the most amazing stay for our family holiday. The house is spacious and there a beautiful views from every room. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and just chillin. The harbor was active and we enjoyed watching all the boating activity. A short walk to The Villa or our daily walk down to Doolittles kept us busy with water fun and food. You also need to utilize Moses as a driver!! He and his wife provided a lot of island history and suggestions on where to go. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It is a trip we will cherish.
