Stayed Jul 23, 2022We never met on site manager Jacqueline, not her fault on arrival we were very late (10 hours of Tunnel issues), text communications sort of worked, Jacqueline asked us to leave by 10.00 on the last day as others were arriving, this was simply not truthful. The house could certainly be cleaner, we left it cleaner than we found it, the sleeping arrangement are not quite as you would expect from the literature, the back of the house having an open plan mez floor connected to a bed room. Some information: The beach hut key is NOT with the sailing club, its hanging up in the hall way, the beach hut is actually shared with the house opposite, this led to a rather embarrassing discussion!! The beach hut equipment actually owned by the house is two deck chairs and a few toys! Dealing with Emanuel was fine, the location of the house is superb, we were 11 people in total and the house can just about handle that number. Overall this property would greatly benefit from some time and money.
