A few kilometers from the white Ostuni and the most fascinating beaches of the Brindisi coast, immersed in a countryside dotted with trulli and ancient olive trees, stands Terra Sessana.
Its name derives from the district where the property is located, Sessana district, which recalls, according to the Latin etymology (sanus), the idea of a healthy life and in harmony with nature.
Terra Sessana is a characteristic resort that extends over 7 hectares of land, and is composed of: the BlueHouse, the most prestigious and spacious home, from ancient Trulli, from a typical stone construction called Lamia, and from a Villa with a large veranda overlooking the gardens.
Each house has its own private swimming pool and a panoramic garden with areas of lawn and olive trees, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the valley.
The Villa has spacious rooms equipped with every comfort. It consists of a large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other inside a double bedroom, and a living room-dining room located in a beautiful veranda with air conditioning. The spacious and bright veranda opens onto the large garden with a private swimming pool.
Outside the Villa also has a laundry room with washing machine and a large patio with barbecue and stone oven, suitable for cooking pizzas and focaccias.
