The spacious Villa Sweet Mailin is a contemporary vacation home located on intersecting Gulf access canals in the popular SW area of Cape Coral. Discerning guests will find 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, an office and a 3 car garage available to them.
Free Wi-Fi is of course also provided. High-quality tiles were used on floors and some walls in the living area, the gorgeous kitchen and the bathrooms. The open floor plan is enhanced by soaring ceilings.

From the family room, which features elegant cream-colored leather sofas and a flat screen TV, you can access the bedrooms. The master suite offers a king size bed and a bathroom with shower, corner tub and double sinks. Large sliders lead from the master bedroom out to the pool area. Both bathrooms are held in light colors, accentuating the elegant feel of the home. The 2 guest bedrooms are equipped with a king and a queen size bed and share a bathroom, which offers a large shower and contemporary sink. The sophisticated style of the master suite continues in the guest bedrooms.

The high-end kitchen includes white cabinets, stainless steel appliances (refrigerator with larger freezer and icemaker, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker etc.), breakfast bar and granite countertops. The adjacent dining room provides six leather chairs and overlooks the pool area. Another dining set for six, this one rattan-style, can be found on the patio, where a gas grill and a TV are also available. Experience the Florida lifestyle with grilled seafood or steaks right by the water. A large heated pool is available here to refresh.

There are 2 Kayaks available to explore the area on the water.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

After arriving at another property, that was not ready for hosting (post hurricane), I found this house online in a pinch. The property management company got us in early and made sure we were happy! The home is beautiful, well stocked, and the pool is great! Definetly recommend

We had a wonderful family stay. It was great to escape the MN winter. We enjoyed the pool, kayaks, walking the neighborhood, and the beautiful views on the canal. We even saw dolphins as we kayaked. Poolside deck seating was exceptional for our family. Kitchen was equipped well for cooking our meals. We loved our stay. It was perfect!

My family of 8 stayed at this property during the last week of March. Upon arriving everything looked great…until you really sit down and look around. Yes, they have an air hockey table… It’s so dilapidated , it’s pretty much not usable. This is a rental that you have to buy everything, and I mean EVERYTHING!!! We were left with a teaspoon of dish soap and 3 dishwasher tabs. No laundry soap (and they require you to launder ALL towels before you checkout). One threadbare kitchen hand towel, and 2.5 rolls of toilet paper for a 3 bath house. The pool area is ok. We were a little grossed out by several used bandaids stuck to the pool surround and some cigarette butts shoved under the red outdoor couch. No propane for the gas grill. EVEN THOUGH it states you must refill it for next guest, we were left with none. Beds are extremely, EXTREMELY uncomfortable, everyone was sore each morning. But the biggest disappointment we encountered was a $145 electricity fee. The owners were not very transparent with the usage either. We asked to see the usage number and rate for electric per Kilowatt. Finally after several emails they told us $0.15 per Kilowatt. The Florida average for electric companies is $0.10 per Kilowatt. So they will be profiting off of you…just saying. We were rarely there during the day and had turned AC to 72 while out. 70 at night. It’s hard to believe we generated that much usage. $50-$75 seems normal but $150..excessive. It’s like saying the electric bill per month is around $600. Which I doubt, but I digress. The property will charge you if you have more then 2 guests, which let’s face it, is advertised at sleeping 10. So more hidden costs. It’s like that Spirit airline ticket that appears to be a great value until the add ons add up and gouge you. Still it was a break from northern Michigan weather in beautiful sunny FL. We rented a boat through their sister company and had zero problems I would recommend doing that while you visit. We left the place immaculate with a case of Corona and some cash on the table for the cleaning crew. When trying to dispute the electric charge, we were accused to have “rubbish everywhere” which is simply not true. We asked to see pictures of the trash and they were never sent. My sister and I were shocked, we were constantly cleaning up. It is in a great neighborhood to walk and is safe. That’s a plus, and it is located in a great part of town close to everything.

This home has everything. We loved our stay here and would definitely book again. Everything is as advertised and the property manager is very responsive if any issues do come up.

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral! The property was perfect for our group, plenty of room for our group of 8. The pool was perfect and used constantly! We cooked many meals, the kitchen had everything we needed for food preparation. We rented a boat through the company, would highly recommend! So much fun to toodle through the canals and visit various beaches in the area. There were fun pool/beach toys in the garage as well as a cooler we used for beach trips. Lots of beach towels at the house too. The grocery store was within walking distance and the neighborhood felt quaint and safe.

My groups only complaint is all the extra FEES. First off, be aware that the price shown is only for two people. Even though this is a 5 bedroom house that sleeps up to 10 people. There are fees for each additional person after the initial two people. Price will go up drastically. Second, since the owners are out of country, the price will be higher in U.S. dollars then the amount you are seeing. Because you are not seeing U.S. dollars. Pay close attention. Your bank will also charge you a foreign transaction fee when you make your payment because like I said the owners are overseas. Last but not least, this property charges you for electricity. My group travels a lot and we use rental homes 6 to 8 times a year and we've never had a property charge us separately for electricity usage. Never. But this property does. Theres no way for us to even verify how much electricity we used we have to just take their word for it. Our charges for only a 3 night stay was over $70 even though we were only there at night because we were out golfing every day from sun up to sun down. So basically what I'm saying is...the total price shown for use of the house doesn't include.....electricity charges you will incur, foreign transaction fees you're gonna get charged by your bank or credit card company and it doesn't include the extra charges for each person over the count of two and more then likely, if you're renting a 5 bedroom house you have more then two people. Like I said this is the first time I've experienced these type of charges and my group uses these apps about 8 times a year. It was disappointing because other then that, the house was neat, clean, in order and as advertised. Had a issue with hot water in one of the bathrooms. House has a boat dock and access to a boat if you're interested. Location was nice also. The only complaint my group had was the extra FEES. Why not just have all that added in the total price?

My husband and I spent 5 nights with our kids after a last minute decision to rent a house in Florida instead of traveling to Cancun as originally planned. The house was very clean and extremely spacious. We had plenty of room for our party of 6 but could have easily fit 10 comfortably. The pool and outside area were the highlight of the property. We were able to eat outside on the patio and enjoy the gas fireplace. The kids (20 year olds) fished off the dock and also tanned along the canal area. The property manager Anja was very nice and quick with a response when we needed anything. Overall it was a nice relaxing 5 days.
