Explore the seaside town of Moliets with a ton of activities to enjoy, including surfing, golfing, horseback riding, cycling and swimming (just to mention a few). Play a round of golf at the 18-hole course on the edge of the villa or lounge by the pool on the premises. Take a day trip to the beach or bring a picnic to the nature reserve for a lovely afternoon. Select from a variety of French and international cuisine in the area, as the city centre of Moliets is only a 10-minute drive away. Relax outside in the natural surroundings of the villa by either dining outside or taking a dip in the private pool.

There are 2 BEDROOMS in our 80 m2 villa. The master bedroom has 1 Double bed, and the second bedroom has 2 Single beds. There's also a Double sofa bed in the living room, perfect for the kids.

Start your day by washing up in our 2 BATHROOMS, one with a shower room, another with a bathtub. There are also 2 separate toilets in the villa, to make it easy to get ready in the morning. Keep your clothes clean with the in-suite washer and dryer. You’ll love the comfy bathrobes that are supplied for you.

When you're ready to wind down for the day, relax in our comfortable LIVING AREA. Looking for something to watch Turn on your TV and enjoy some local shows or movies in the comforts of your home. Catch up on your emails with the FREE Wi-Fi in the villa.

If you're craving fresh air, we highly recommend stepping out onto the private terrace and lounging by the Private Pool. Please note that the pool is only open seasonally and is unheated.

Hungry Cook up a meal in the KITCHEN, which features a stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, a hotplate, utensils, a dishwasher and an electric coffee machine. While we’d recommend you bring groceries to the villa with you, if there is something you forgot, Spar Supermarché is conveniently located 5 minutes away. Pack a picnic lunch for before you head out for the day.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at the Villas Les Dunes de la Prade, where our property is conveniently located. There is a complimentary small breakfast (croissants, breads, and coffee) available to all guests on the first morning of the stay. When you arrive, you’ll enjoy the convenience of the complimentary outdoor parking on-site. There is also a cleaning kit available for guests for a fee.

Situated minutes from the Moliets Golf Course, there are a host of activities that guests that participate in, including golfing, swimming, horseback riding, and surfing. Walk or drive to Amazone Cafe for some lunch or an afternoon coffee or visit Open Café for some drinks, a 1.6km drive from the villa. For adrenaline-fueled activity, head over to Adrénaline Parc, for a fun day of activities. Take a day trip to Natural Reserve of the Courant d'Huchet, a 9.6km drive each way. For a day of sun and waves, head to the public beach, Plage des Chenes Lièges for a swim. Enjoy delicious fries or a hearty meal at Un Singe en Hiver restaurant for the whole family or a group of friends. Pick up some French patisseries at the bakery, Aux Pains Landais, a short drive from your unit. Enjoy the Observation Deck overlooking the ocean, an 8 min drive from the unit. If you'd prefer to eat in, pick up groceries at Spar Supermarket, only a 6 min drive. Take a day trip to the funky town of Hossegor to enjoy the trendy cafes and surfing! Take lessons at the école de surf du golf, a 1.2 km drive from the villa.
