Tucked between the dramatic peaks of the Serra de Tramuntana and the shimmering Mediterranean, this beautifully refurbished retreat, now named Villa Son Vinyet, enjoys a privileged position in the charming enclave of Cala Sant Vicenç. Just a short stroll from the idyllic coves of Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molins, the setting combines natural beauty with easy access to local restaurants and seaside charm.

Arranged across a single level and filled with natural light, VillaSon Vinyet has been thoughtfully redesigned to a high standard, creating a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. The interiors feature three air-conditioned bedrooms, including one double and two twin rooms, alongside two modern family bathrooms with showers. The open-plan living space flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, offering everything required for a comfortable stay, from a large fridge/freezer and ceramic hob to a dishwasher and microwave, while the lounge invites guests to unwind with comfortable seating and a flat-screen television.

Outside, the villa is framed by vibrant bougainvillea and offers generous terraces designed for leisurely outdoor living. A shaded porch provides an inviting setting for al fresco dining, complemented by a traditional brick barbecue. The private swimming pool, measuring 6 by 3.5 metres with depths ranging from 1.2 to 1.6 metres, features Roman steps and enjoys sun throughout the day, with loungers and parasols arranged for complete relaxation.

Air conditioning is available at set times, operating from 14:00 to 16:00 and again from 20:00 to 08:00. The tourist tax is included within the rental price. Guests should note that lost keys or lockouts incur a charge of EUR50 during office hours and EUR75 outside of these times, with replacements to be collected from the local office. On departure, all rubbish must be removed from the property to avoid a EUR150 disposal fee. In line with Spanish regulations, guest registration is mandatory and will be completed via an online check-in process prior to arrival.

Included within the stay are mid-stay and final cleaning, regular linen and towel changes every seven days, air conditioning, WiFi and full use of the swimming pool. Parking is available for up to two vehicles at no additional cost. Baby cots and high chairs are provided on request. Guests travelling with electric vehicles are kindly asked to advise in advance, as usage may incur a supplement of €15 per day.
