Stayed Oct 8, 2022Roberta was a wonderful host welcoming and helpful. The property is well outfitted and was easy to prepare meals and host our large group. We would highly recommend the property to others however making it clear there are a lot of steps and our entire group are young fit seniors however not suitable for some of our friends.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Villa particularly suitable for a family with children. Beautiful terrace with sea view, garden completely fenced and secure. No problem to let your children playng around while you prepare a BBQ in the shade of the trees. Very nice accommodation to comfortably accommodate 2 families. Located few mins walk from the sea and ferry boats to Cinque Terre and Portofino this Villa is the ideal location for a vacation by the sea. We are pleased to recommend it to everybody. Stayed Sep 13, 2018Porte Venere was a lovely town with ferries to the Cinque Terra very pretty area. Roberta could not have been more helpful she was just lovely. The home had a lovely terrace with a great view and everything our family needed for a fantastic stay. The only issue we had was a really noisy dog who continually barked next door. Overall a great villa in a lovely spot thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Massimo was the perfect host welcoming and generous with information on the region. He really made us feel at home. The house is simply gorgeous and was perfect for our group : six adults and two teens . We enjoyed having our breakfast on the terrace that offers stunning views of Palmaria island. We will definitely be back again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969it was exactly what we hoped for and more! That's saying something with a teenage/twenty something family to consider. We found the property as a whole was beautifully kept and Roberta paid so much attention to the detail from cold beers, prosecco, milk, bread etc in the fridge on arrival. Great location for exploring the region, and there's plenty to do and see both on land and by sea, although we really enjoyed just being in the locality of Porto Venere relaxing and admiring the view by the terrace and garden, both by day and night, which really is very special. Thank you for a memorable family holiday, and I can't wait to go back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a find for our first time in Italy. The accommodation is perfect both inside and out and the views at anytime time of the day from the terrace are spectacular. There is plenty to do in the region such as lovely walk along to Lerici where you can take a boat trip to the Cinque Terre or Portofino. We would like to come back and do some walking. There is no need to have a car everything is very accessible by foot and public transport. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet place to stay with access to local bars and restaurants just go ahead and book it :)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Having spent two holidays in succession at glorious Villa Smeralda with a party of six adults and two young children, we cannot recommend it highly enough. The house is extremely comfortable and provides everything you need. Beaches are only 200 mt far from te house as well as ferry boats for Cinque Terre. Fantastic location for those who love Italy and Mediterranean villages by the sea.
