Villa Sensation - new & modern, top location, pool table, pool & spa

The villa is located in an elegant street with magnificent palm trees in the beautiful South West of Cape Coral. There is no through traffic.

The marvelous marina Cape Harbour with several restaurants and shopping malls is only a few minutes away. The villa is located at a wide canal with a great intersection view. Due to the top location of the villa, you can enjoy the sun all day long by the pool on the terrace and have breakfast or dinner.

As you enter the house, you will beimpressed by the spectacular view of the large pool area and the wide canal. Light-flooded rooms, high ceilings and large panoramic sliding doors from the living area to the covered terrace and pool provide a generous ambiance.

The villa is ideal for allergy sufferers. Instead of unhygienic carpet all rooms have modern and bright floor tiles. With a floor space of 210 m2, 160 m2 pool area, 3 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, the villa provides enough space for up to 6 people. In addition you have a pool table room next to the open living room.

2 bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, face south and have large sliding glass doors with a spectacular view of the pool and the water. The master bedroom has a spacious bathroom with a large shower, double sink, and toilet. The bathroom of the second bedroom has a direct access to the pool. The third bedroom offers a king size bed and a separate bathroom.

The living room and 2 bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. The living area provides enough seats for the whole family. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. The TV in the living room is also equipped with Apple TV.

From the fully equipped kitchen with open living area you have a marvelous view to the pool and canal. All working surfaces and counters are made of modern, light quartz. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality devices, such as oven, ceramic glass hob, microwave, extractor hood, dish washer, fridge-freezer with water dispenser with ice crusher, and sink. Of course, extensive cooking equipment and most utensils you could ever need are provided.

The pool area is spacious. Here you will find loungers and also a lounge corner to relax. You can enjoy the evening there by the fireplace. The large pool is electrically heated and operated with a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. As a special feature, the spacious whirlpool has a fabulous lighting system. In addition to the air conditioning, ceiling fans ensure a better air quality. Naturally, free high-speed WiFi is available in the whole house.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage. For sporty vacationers 2 kayaks are available for free use - always on own danger and risk.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent. Boat lift on request.
