Villa Seaview Experience

The villa was very outdated, a lot of things broken. We stayed there two families with 4 children. The downstairs bedroom is practically inhabitable because of a sewer issues or mold. The same smell is also intense in the gym area.The next door neighbour has very large bird cages at the back of their house. The cages have a large selection of exotic birds that start shouting and making disturbing noises from sunrise. It is impossible to sleep through this noise so we have been awakened at around 6 or 7 am every morning.There is no internet connection and TVs are not working in any of the upstair spaces.The entertainment system only partly works. The projector works but the TV doesn't. The speakers inside seem to be broken because there is some extra humming sound that makes it hard to enjoy music from them. We couldn't use the outside speakers because the cupboard with the devices is locked and no key to open it.We think it's quite strange to not have been informed about the animals next door, in the end they tried to withhold the deposit, saying we broke this and that, pool skimmers, filter system in the pool, automatic blinds, children slider, trampoline, In fact these were all outdated broken things to begin with and quite dangerous for children, so they blame customers for damaging broken things they should fix before new customers. DONT BOOK!

Without a doubt a villa to enjoy with the family and the little ones, they have all kinds of games and fun for them. We highly recommend it. It is as it is shown in the photos. With views directly to the sea and also less than five minutes by car we had a very large shopping center, with shops, a large supermarket and bars and restaurants. Also a few minutes by car we fill the Playa de la Nea which is located in the next town, a volcanic black sand beach. What to say that since we made the reservation, they managed the rental car to not have to worry about anything. The truth was very comfortable. They also have a dossier of experiences to perform on the island, very professional. Wethe sighting of cetaceans in the south of the island, because they organize everything, the transfer that picks you up and takes you to the port to go out on a splendid sailboat only the captain and our family, first we go to the sighting of cetaceans and After a long time watching the dolphins and pilot whales swim next to us, we went to a bay where the captain cast anchor to take a bath and snorkel, and also offered us drinks and snacks. Without a doubt it was the finishing touch to our vacations. Staff 100% professional and very attentive at all times. It has been a pleasure and we hope to return very soon when we return to visit the island.

Absolutely horrible stay, disgusting stay & even worse service. Should have know this was going to be a disastrous stay the night before, the property manager emailed stating there was a plumbing issue with the upstairs bathroom but was hopefully getting fixed. At this point I should have said we were cancelling & to refund us! We checked in & there was sewage smell which the plumbers came to try & fix but the smell was there throughout our stay. The pool was dirty, they claimed it wasn't.The fountain that is nicely shown on the pictures was switched off for most of our stay, apparently as it was too noisy for previous guests. I dont understand this as it only runs for 15 minutes after you press the button. Anyways, this only worked for 2 days. Although the listing states you can pay €30/day to heat the pool, you cannot as it doesn't work. I asked for a refund the first day & was told I could only get 15% back.If I wanted to make further complaint I had to wait 48 hours as the next day was a public holiday. I was told that i chose to continue staying at the villa, but if you're checked in & only being offered15% of nearly €1500 what should i do. We spent little time in the villa because of the smell. When we checked out they said a parasol's stitching was ripped & a freezer drawer cracked so were charging over €500, we didn't do any of this. Villa is extremely dated, many things don't work or are broken. This villa is a con & simply do not book. AVOID!

The property is excellent and really well suited for kids. The slide, trampoline and pool are an excellent combo :). The nearby beach (La Nea) is great and not too crowded, and having Carrefour nearby is very convenient. Overall, we would definitely go back. There were some small problems, the electrics for the outdoors and the pool didn't work well (although the property managers came quickly to help fix them, they broke again the following day). The coffee maker and dryer don't work and the property could due with a new set of dishes...especially some for the kids. Also the dishwasher could use a repair and the 'tree house' hasn't been cleaned recently. But these were small issues and we would definitely recommend others to visit and we ourselves are likely to come back again.

Electrical systems in the house are complex and not safe, simply moving the treadmill safety cord results in electrical outages in several rooms. Two rooms without power for no reason, fuse box not accessible...almost every day constant emails about the electrical systems in the property. Notification 9 days after we leave about disputed damage with one WhatsApp photo, then just billed our card is terrible from the managing agents.
