The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and provides everything you need for enjoyable cooking evenings together – from modern appliances to practical extras such as a Nespresso machine and a wide range of kitchen utensils. Adjacent to it, the dining area invites you to enjoy meals in a sociable setting. Entertainment and comfort are ensured with features such as a large TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The villa offers three spacious bedrooms, two of which are furnished with comfortable king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. Particularly noteworthy are the bathrooms, as well as the master suite featuring a walk-in closet, a bathtub, and direct access to the pool area – perfect for relaxed mornings or peaceful evenings.

The highlight of the property is the beautifully designed outdoor area: a heated saltwater pool invites you to swim and unwind all year round, while comfortable sun loungers and a covered terrace provide the perfect setting for relaxing hours under the Florida sun. The grill area allows for cozy BBQ evenings, and with beach equipment such as chairs and a cooler provided, you are perfectly prepared for outings. Right by the water you will also find comfy seating to enjoy a sundowner.
