To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide. The front door has awidth of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has both step and ladder access. Inside, there are 2 steps from the kitchen to the lounge. The ground floor double bedroom has a door width of 73cm, whilst the shower room door is 64cm wide.
