A 2-floor villa extends on 120 m2 and offers a stunning sea view from the rooftop terrace. The lovely family mansion has 3 bedrooms and can perfectly accommodate up to 8 persons (6 on main beds, 2 on additional beds). There are 3 bedrooms and 1 toilet.
The interior of Villa Sapphire is modern and radiant. An open space area on the ground floor features a kitchen and a livingroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an elegant dining table for 8 people. The living room has an angled sofa, a flat TV, and an exit to a terrace surrounded by bushes.
Stairs lead to the first floor with cozy bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king-size beds and one of them has an en-suite bathroom. The third room has twin beds.
The outdoor swimming pool of 17 m2 has a heating option which is excellent for the guests arriving in the preseason and in the postseason. An outside shower is positioned by the pool. Around the pool, there are four cozy beach chairs, perfect for soaking up the sun.
The outdoor dining table will be ideal for a family gathering. You can use an electric grill to prepare fish and meat. Using a summer kitchen is also an option.
The rooftop terrace has a jacuzzi, beach chairs and a seating area. From here you can enjoy the relaxing sea view and silence.
The mansion is air-conditioned and covered with Wi-Fi. Satellite channels are also available, as well as 2 parking places. Kids have table soccer at their disposal.
