Villa San Marcial by Villa Plus

The property is dated, you only get a toilet roll in each toilet and NOTHING else. They do not supply pool towels or sofa cushions as per the photos and quite a lot of items are faulty. The ONLY positive is the admin team on site are quick to respond to your concerns over WhatsApp.We arrived to find the main living area, kitchen and pool had not been properly cleaned. There was food debris on floors inside and out, broken glass was also found around the outside table and patio doors, the pool had hair and small baby toys within and the bathroom toilet had clumps of hair sitting in there. On using the cutlery we found everything was dirty, cups plates, glasses and cutlery. Everything went into the dishwasher. We brought our own tablets as they do not supply anything. Also not enough for 6 people. The fridge had broken shelves within the door, which were never fixed. All pillows were lumpy but these were replaced. When using the main shower on the first morning and the entire room flooded. This got fixed by day 4. We only had a bucket and mop, which was filthy and covered in hair to clear up the mess. No cleaning supply's meant just soaking up dirty water with no way to sanitise - Yuck! There was no kitchen plug or bowel to wash up and this got delivered on day 5. When using the sunbeds all where broken and unsafe. They replaced all on day 4 but 3 out of the 6 where still damaged. Pool was a nice size and villa short trip from airport. Beach & Restaurants within 10 min walk.

Fantastic . Great for family. Gated pool for children so never worrying about where they are. All facilities were excellent. Laundry area a massive bonus.Villa was spotless.Villa plus were great with assistance on a couple of issues none villa related.Thanks to all.
