Villa Sam - Charming Ayia Napa Centre Getaway

Amenities were okAlthough we were a smaller party there was not enough facilities ( ie chairs/sunbeds) outside.Missing utensils for cooking (no small saucepan/teatowel)Some instruction how things work (tv washing machine cooker)Issue with kettle sorted in a day

We just come back from a 2 week stay. We really enjoyed our stay! It had everything we needed and the location was perfect!

Stayed for 10 days with 2 other couples and our child. Great villa with brilliant pool and sun area. Had a different experience to previous reviewer as I found La Mer homes very helpful and excellent with updates throughout the booking process and even got updates whilst there about when the cleaner was arriving. Found we didn't have enough glasses and requested some more. Day after they arrived without fuss. Villa is about 7 minutes walk from the front and the beach area so well placed. Sttay at villas most of time when on holiday and always treat them as if they were my own. I think if you do this you have a great stay and not have any issues. Refundable deposit was returned within few days or returning without any extra charges. From my experience excellent villa and management company.

Overall impression was very good, just far enough of the strip to be able to enjoy the holiday and my sons wedding. Shops nearby, good enough for most of the supplies. Only niggle was the lack of a dishwasher, when there is 8 of you it's an awful lot of washing up!! Would certainly rebook..

We have just spent a week here. The villa has everything you could possibly want and need . It is only a 10 min walk to beach and restaurants.the pool was beautifully clean and a man came to check and clean whist we were there.we had a problem with water when we first arrived so rang emergency number and a chap came and fixed straight away with no hassle.The air con worked fine but found with doors open we didn't need it on in day only when getting ready to go out.the villa is alarmed and also has a safe .lots of chairs and sun beds by pool .my only negative point was the showers are a bit dated but overall for location and cost a good choice.would definitely return

Great villa with all necessary facilities, very comfortable and spacious. The property manager was very helpful in all of our requests during our stay. Would recommend to anyone. Will come back later this year. Thank you!

My family and I have just returned from our holiday in Cyprus. Our flights were convenient for once as for the last few years we have had terrible flight times The communication with the staff at Lamer homes was great and all was perfect. The directions via a link were sent to us prior to us arriving with emergency contact numbers. We found villa Sam very easily which was great as our twins were getting restless. The villa was clean and well prepared and to our surprise it was so well equipped. We did have a small problem with a squeaky door but that was resolved in no time. Overall great villa and fantastic staff. We are looking at flights to book for October school half term.
