Villa Salines House

- Great pool - Outdoor seating with cover - 4 bedrooms - plenty of bathrooms - good aircon - cleanliness - there had been new aircon units fitted and there was dust all over the skirting boards from where they had been fitted and not cleaned

We had a perfect stay at the Villa Salines House. It has all the equipment you need. It is very close to the beach (walking distance), but we also enjoyed the pool a lot! The service of the staff from Mallorca Holiday Properties is outstanding. They replied immediately when we had questions about the house.

Lovely villa with everything we needed.

Lovely property, modern looking throughout, plenty of space in the social areas, some useful bits and pieces for your stay and a nice welcome box with lots of Mallorcan produce on arrival. The outdoor area was amazing, with all 4 sides of the house available to relax or enjoy the shade or sun depending on time of day. Swimming pool was a nice size for cool down dips and perfect for a toddler learning how to swim. Nice temperature all day and the sun lasted until about 6.30pm on the poolside of the house. Joan the property agent was great. Messaged on WhatsApp to say hello and provide entry instructions as we were arriving late at night, answered questions quickly when we needed him to and just left us to it when we didn't need him. Great location in Alcudia, across the road from the beach (4 minutes walk) near to a lovely bakery/coffee shop and a good supermarket and a short walk from lots of good restaurants. Bus stops nearby for a quick and easy way to get into Port D'Alcudia, Alcudia Old Town or even Ca'n Picafort.

Modern well equipped villa great value fir money. Joan who met us at villa was very helpful providing us with restaurant recommendations. Had a small issue with water pressure contacted Joan and he got it sorted straight away.

Unterkunft war bei Ankunft sehr Sauber. Sehr gute Lage. Sonnenaufgang am Meer nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sonnenuntergang am See direkt vor der Tür. Pool ist etwas klein jedoch ausreichend. Türen sind beim schließen und öffnen sehr laut. Waschbecken im gemeinsamen Badezimmer etwas klein.

Das Haus ist wirklich toll und auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Lage ist auch gut. Nur wenige Minuten zum Strand (fußläufig) und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten! Pere (Peter) , unser Hausbetreuer, war jederzeit über einen WhatsApp-Channel erreichbar und hat uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Wir haben uns hier wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke Ein kleines Manko gab es leider. Es bezieht sich weniger auf das Haus oder den Service. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite befindet sich ein Hotel und hier ist bisweilen reger Gästeaustausch gewesen. Diese werden meist mit Bussen an- bzw. abtransportiert. Es kam schon mal vor, dass im 5-Minuten-Takt Busse vorfuhren und es dann etwas lauter wurde. Besonders, weil die Busse wenden mussten. Für uns war es nicht schlimm, aber wer absolute Ruhe sucht, sollte ein anderes Haus wählen. Dafür ist das Haus eben sehr zentral im Ort gelegen. Hier muss man Prioritäten setzen.

The villa was very stylish and clean. Exactly like the pictures. It was in a private location but close to everything that we needed. The bedrooms are neat with comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the equipment you need for cooking and there is a good BBQ outside so we really enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the terrace. The bathrooms are clean with good showers. There is a small living room with a big couch and a TV which was nice on the few rainy days we got. The outside area is fantastic. It´s perfect for dining, relaxing in the sun and enjoying a cozy evening. We really enjoyed the pool, especially the kids, it´s clean and well maintained. We felt comfortable in the villa and had a very enjoyable stay thanks to Joan and Lenka.

We’ve had an excellent stay. The house is beautifully presented, clean, comfortable and modern and the host has thought of everything that you will need. Unspoilt beach is across the road. The area of Alcúdia offers a lot, beautiful landscapes and quality restaurants. Communication with Joan was excellent. Highly recommended for friends and families
