Entering the villa, the main floor welcomes you with a bright entrance that leads to an impeccably decorated living-dining room, equipped with SAT/TDT TV and air conditioning. From here, youaccess a spacious terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the private pool, creating a relaxing and luxurious environment. The independent kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher, meets all your culinary needs. Two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, offer a quiet rest. In addition, a bathroom with shower completes the comfort on this floor.



The villa also has a separate apartment, which includes a cozy double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A second bathroom with shower in the terrace area and a separate bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning complete the interior experience, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.



The villa's outdoor space is an extension of luxury and relaxation. Enjoy a large terrace that houses a private pool of 6x4 meters, perfect for soaking in and enjoying the Mediterranean sun.
