Villa St. Nicholas House, Family Friendly, Large Heated Pool, 300m to the beach.

We were 13 people consisting of school children, teenagers and adults. The house suited us well with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone thought the week in the house and in Corfu in general was lovely. The host, Dinos arranged transportation to/from the airport, cars for excursions, and a chef who arranged a seafood dinner, including shopping and cooking. It would be great if the house could have access to more parasols that can be moved around as needed. Perhaps even if the house could have some beach parasols that guests could borrow when visiting the many beautiful beaches they visit. Dinos as a host was exemplary. He was service-friendly and quick to respond to questions, making suggestions for activities upon request. It was a house we could enjoy.

Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for up to 14. There were 9 of us so we had plenty of space. Extremly comfortable with large kitchen with everything you need for self catering. Comfortable seating areas inside and out. The villa was spotlessly clean with towels and pool towels provided. Villa cleaned midweek and towels and beding changed. The villa is well maintained. Outside is well maintained with a great pool, plenty of sunbeds, grass area, bbq area and seating areas. Dinos is a great host, very friendly snd accomodating, and nothing is too much trouble, a good sele tion of tavernas were reccomended ,prompt reply to any messages. Dinos arranged airport transfer for us and hire cars waiting for us on arrival so we could get shopping. There's a little stony beach nearby but i would recommend a car to get out and about. A great villa and a great host.

5 couples and 7 children. Villa was lovely, plenty of space, facilities for cooking, lots of nice outdoor spaces. Dinos was very friendly and incredibly responsive. The house was cleaned with towels etc refreshed midweek. We didn't rent cars and this was totally workable just waking to shops etc. Thank you Dinos!

We were a family group with 7 adults and 2 children under 2. The villa was exactly as described and ideal for our holiday with a lovely pool and a small pebbled beach about 300 yards away. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance so a car wasn’t really necessary but we found it useful for our first big shop. Dinos was tremendously helpful and responded immediately to any request we had. Highly recommended.

The villa was fab - very spacious and with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Dinos was very helpful and welcoming. Some of the kitchen appliances were a bit unreliable - most notably the dishwasher - but this was a minor issue on an otherwise great holiday.

We loved Villa St Nicholas - plenty of room inside and out for family from three to seventy five! Spent long days playing in the pool and wandered up to eat supper on the large table outside the kitchen. Excellent recommendations from Dinos for shopping and places to eat. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Eleven family members from around the world met in Corfu Greece for a family reunion. The villa was fantastic! The main floor is so well set up to really lend to family gatherings and also has smaller sitting areas where intimate groups can sit together. We loved the use of the kitchen and the indoor and outdoor dining and lounging areas. Super impressed with the house overall. Great number of bedroom to bathroom ratio, wonderful visiting space, wonderful pool, just truly well set up. It's easy to get to, private, and luxurious. It's close to restaurants and shopping and many beaches. You could have a fabulous holiday just hanging out in the villa! Dinos is such a great host. He helped us figure out so many things about Greece and also helped us find amazing restaurants and interesting places that are a must see. This was his family home, and his love and pride in the home shows in every way that he takes care of it and has it set up for his guests. I'd visit here again in a heartbeat!

Dinos and Sandra are unbelievably friendly and helpful hosts who gave us so many recommendations which made our holiday perfect. The property is ideal for larger groups as there are so many quiet corners to relax in your own or come together as a whole. With the pool being separate from the house there were no safety issues with the children. Cleaners came twice a week and changed towels and bedding too which was a very welcome extra which we didn’t expect. The cleanliness was if s very high level and gardeners/pool staff came too. There are loads of different types of beaches not too far away and we also hired a boat one day which was a beautiful way to explore the west coast, getting off to swim in crystal clear bays and caves. Dinos recommended tavernas too where you can moor up for lunch and refreshments. We all loved our holiday so much and 2 weeks later our 3 year old grandson still hasn’t stopped talking about it! I’m sure we will return.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The villa was clean, well maintained and had everything that we needed. The pool was enjoyed by everyone and the short walk to the quiet beach was rewarded by fantantic snorkelling - go in the morning when there are so many fish and the sea is calm. Online shopping meant that we didn't need to hire a car, and there are some lovely places nearby (Delvino's is a great place for a drink, despite the busy road) But the best thing about this holiday was meeting Dinos, the owner. The service he provided was top notch and he is such a lovely man. He was helpful in so many ways and helped make the holiday of everyone in our party. Thank you Dinos and we would nt hesitate to recommend St Nicholas House to anyone.
