Stayed Oct 5, 2022This house is on the outskirts of Ayia Napa with a beautiful view over the town. We liked being out of the hustle and bustle and didn’t mind the 20-25min walk in and out for meals etc, and a taxi was always an option, but it is on a hill so maybe not so good for young children or people with mobility issues. Would definitely recommend having a car for grocery shopping etc. The house was very well laid out and suited my adult family very well.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Frst time at Rubi Villa but certainly not the last. Everything was great We had the best time ever. Staff was there when needed.Special thanks to Stelios and Kyriaki!! The only thing that needs to be taken care of is the covering of the outside seating area at the pool. An extra umbrella was provided but still was not adequate. Hope to be back soon!!Thank u

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Gorgeous property with gorgeous views! Overlooks Agia Napa and felt breezy and humid-free even in the hype of summer due to location with some altitude. Has all amenities someone might need such as dishwasher, washing machine, iron, and hairdryer for easy living. One suggestion I would give is to include more covered area given the intense Cyprus sun, but appreciate there was some covered area when opening the umbrella. Highly recommend it and would love to go back there sometime soon!
