Villa Rosalinda - Cape Coral's Best - Waterfront, Pool & Spa, Great Views, Dock

This home has everything you could ever need. We enjoyed many walks around the neighborhood, bikes rides, early morning kayaking and days spent relaxing in the pool. The property is absolutely stunning. Our family will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed here at Rosalinda for 10 days over our 39th wedding anniversary in October. It was just the two of us however the house is so spacious!!! The main suite has a very comfortable king size bed, and we slept very well. The house is beautifully decorated and had very comfortable higher end furniture. Loved the power recliners. The kitchen is every good cook’s dream! It’s very spacious with all the amenities you could want. Best part of the house is the floor to ceiling sliding doors that open up the house to the beautiful patio and pool/hot tub. We opened those doors every day and enjoyed the patio. The pool was sparkling clean and Bernie had warmed it for us before we even got there. The hot tub was wonderful as well and we used that every single night. The patio also has very comfortable loungers. You will find a couple pool floats in the deck box. The home also features a beautiful dock, and a deck where my husband fished daily and nightly. There are fishing poles in the garage and an umbrella/chairs to take to the beach. Bernie is a wonderful host and checked in with us via text multiple times to make sure everything was just perfect. He even had a bottle of Prosecco and a beautiful anniversary card waiting for us when we got to his home. We had an absolutely amazing time here and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to just chill out and relax. My husband even arranged for a poolside massage for me!!!!!! Heavenly!!

This was our second stay at Villa Rosalinda, it's a wonderful Villa that is very clean, has a well stocked kitchen, easy check in and out, great saltwater pool, beautiful location, quiet neighborhood, Bernie is a very responsive owner. Everything is as the advertisement states. Looking forward to next year.

Best equipped property that we have ever stayed at, period. Lovely quiet location and “Ollie” the owl who sat on the office window sill everyday was a wonderful surprise, so cute!! 10/10 property. Thank-you.

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week, in town for a family celebration. This property is beautiful, immaculate and comfortable. The owners and their representatives were friendly and available. Anything you could possibly need was available in this lovely home.

Everything about this house was amazing, we enjoyed our stay here very much. The pool, the spa, the master shower, the equipment provided , the kitchen. Everything was top notch !

We staying end of August with my 3 older children and my parents. House was beautiful and very clean. We used the pool and spa every day. The house is supplied with everything you could need. Grear communication with host. Would definately come back again!

This house is beautiful. It was very clean and well maintained. Our family had such a great time and loved the pool and spa. We also enjoyed fishing and watching the gorgeous Florida sunsets from the dock!

This was the second time we’ve stayed in this home and hopefully won’t be the last. What can I say that already hasn’t been said? The home has everything you need and more. It’s in a perfect location and is beautiful inside and out. I wish I could stay there forever.

We had another great stay at Villa Rosalinda and we’ll be back again for sure. The house is fantastic and equipped with everything you need. The location is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and safe and you’ll meet friendly people wherever you go. The owner, Bernie, is just great. He is friendly, accommodating, honest and so easy to work with. Staying at Villa Rosalinda is an easy choice.

The property is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. We had effective communication with the owner and property management company. An added plus is a family of burrowing owls in the front yard. They are great neighbors and fun to watch!
