Villa Riai is an ideal villa to spend a cheerful and carefree holiday with family and friends, ideal for 10 people, it is located 5 minutes walk from the center of Moniga del Garda and a few steps from the lake, in Moniga you can find characteristic restaurants, bars and beaches. The villa has a beautiful lake view from the first floor where there is a terrace of about 80 square meters where you can organize aperitifs and unforgettable moments.

The villa is equipped with a large private swimming pool with easy access with stairs, children's area and trampoline. Private furnished garden, lounge, large outdoor dining area with outdoor kitchen. Trampoline, ping pong and wooden playhouse for children. Wi-fi, air conditioning throughout the villa and garage and parking spaces inside the property for 2-3 cars.



The villa is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday and an excellent starting point for visiting the centre of Moniga del Garda on foot, surrounded by greenery and tranquility of an exclusive residential area. Villa Riai offers every comfort, it is on three levels, on the ground floor there is the entrance, living room with dining room with air conditioning that opens onto the garden and the outdoor patio, kitchen, a double bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious and bright double bedroom with air conditioning, large terrace overlooking the lake, bathroom with shower. In the basement there are two bright bedrooms with air conditioning, bathroom with shower, laundry room, large garage. Garden furnished with outdoor dining table and lounge, large swimming pool with diving board equipped with sun loungers and umbrella.

  • Bedrooms: 10 beds in 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning, bright and spacious. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom overlooking the garden, next to the bedroom there is a spacious bathroom with tub. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with TV, en-suite bathroom with shower, the bedroom has a large terrace with lake view. In the basement there are two bedrooms, one double with French windows to the outside and a very bright bedroom with French windows to the outside, this room measures approximately 22 square meters, it was renovated in spring 2021 and newly furnished with a double bed and a new double sofa bed, TV, romantic stone fireplace (not usable).


  • Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms, one on each floor. 2 bathrooms with shower, and a bathroom with tub.


  • Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with all major and minor appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, hob, toaster, kettle, citrus squeezer, dishes, pots and pans and utensils for every need. The kitchen opens onto the garden and patio with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and table for 10 people.


  • Indoor/outdoor dining: The dining table is located in the air-conditioned living area, seats up to 8-10 people and has a comfortable living room with sofas and TV. In the porch overlooking the pool and the garden there is an outdoor dining area with modern furnishings, a table for 10 people, a lounge, a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen.


  • Pool: New private pool with diving board 14m x 6m furnished with comfortable sun loungers, deck chairs and an umbrella, the pool has comfortable entrance stairs, a shallow water area for children and an area with deep water where there is the diving board.


  • Garden: Approximately 800 square meters of flat garden, entirely enjoyable planted with olive trees, in the garden there is a new wooden house for children, ping pong and a large trampoline.


  • Lounge: Comfortable sofa for 8 people, TV.


  • Media: Three HD flat screen TVs, astra satellite, USB connection in the living room.

At about 2km there are wonderful beaches and the port of Moniga where it is possible to take the ferry or rent a boat to visit the most beautiful cities of Lake Garda. A wonderful place for a family vacation.

    Everything was so good, clean, complete. Novella was a very good host. A very beautiful swimmingpool and playground for the children Nothing, it was perfect for us

    Villa is even better than it looks in the photos. Pool is large and was consistently 25-26C while we were there. The centre or Moniga with shops, bars, and restaurants is 10 mins walk away with the lake and water sports approx. 20 mins walk from the villa. Rooms are all spacious and well equipped although we spent most of our time at the villa either on the terrace or by the pool. Novella and team were very helpful and made sure we had all we needed. Driveway is a little steep meaning our Mercedes C-class estate would scrape bottom at the top with 4 adults in or catch the front spoiler at the bottom - not enough to cause damage affecting the rental though so no problem.

    Schönes Haus mit genügend Platz für die Familie. Restaurants 10 Gehminuten entfernt. In der nähe ein Campingplatz, ansich kein Problem, aben wenn die Hunde morgens ausgeführt werden, geht das bellen und heulen mit den einheimscheb Hunden los. Start 07:30 bis 09:30, danach ist wieder Ruhe.
