On the lower floor, you’ll find three well-sized bedrooms, each with air conditioning and ample storage. Two of the rooms open directly to the private pool terrace, providing an easy flow to the outdoor space. This level also includes a shared bathroom.

On the lowest floor, the home offers direct access from a private garage, a second bathroom, and a washing machine — ideal for extended stays or beach-heavy days.

Guests also have access to a communal pool within the Aljamar complex, open daily from 10:00 to 20:00 (subject to seasonal hours). Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
