Villa Regina Rossa is a large villa with stunning sea views and a heated pool

Wonderful weekThe house is of high quality, thanks to its amenities and location, plus the sea view. It offers many possibilities. It lives up to the advertised promises.The host, named Stamatis, is very available for any questions.The house was cleaned twice during the week of our stay.The park, with its vegetation, and of course, the pool, are a delight for children, with cats that often roam around, but small children must be supervised around the pool and on steep slopes.Highly recommended.

11 adults total rented this house for a week in June 2024. It was beyond wonderful! The view is amazing (which included the sea, Albania, and nightly sunsets). There was plenty of space (and the two-house arrangement made it feel even more spacious- especially as the second fridge could hold extra water and beer!). Everyone loved their rooms- each has a balcony overlooking the sea- and the individual AC per room was very handy. Plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of space for a large party. The pool is very well-maintained and was so refreshing at the end of a long day, has convenient seating, and an outdoor shower. And the house has a great location- easy drive to Roda and its shops/beaches- and other beaches along the north coast- and also in walking distance of a really good local taverna (though the driveway is an uphill walk on the way home). The owner, Stamatis, was very responsive, answering any questions, giving advice, and addressing any of our needs; he also met us at check-in which was great. He hooked us up with a private chef as well as a day-long private boat trip along the coast. There was maid service every other day (fresh sheets, towels etc), which we had not expected so a wonderful surprise! All of us would stay here again!

We had a great week at the Villa Regina Rossa. The pool and view were spectacular and perfect, and we had more than enough space for our large group. Easy access to Roda where we were able to eat out and rent cars easily. Host was helpful when we had a few issues with the gate and helped arrange transports for us.

I passed one week doing a yoga retreat at Regina Rossa. It was perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful view while doing Yoga outside. The house has several verandas and the rooms are separated from each other, so that everybody has enough space for himself. All rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen offers everything You need for cooking for many people. I can also recommend the house for families passing there holidays together. The little village nearby is a little bit too touristic and the beach is okay, but nothing special, but there are much nicer beaches 20 minutes away from the house. It is good to have the opportunity to walk to the beach. For something special You have to take the car. I am looking forward to come back in September with another Yoga group. Thanks to Stamatis, who took extraordinarily care of everything. We felt very welcomed.

We wanted to book a villa to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday with family and friends. I found Regina Rossa on the internet and the pictures looked stunning…….its turn out its better than the pictures! From the moment I first contacted the owner (Stamatis) he was helpful and accommodating, we had to change dates and move stuff around and it was never too much of an issue. He even offered to help with ordering and picking up birthday cakes for our stay! The payment was made easy, card or cash including a relatively small deposit being required which makes booking it early much easier. Overall the villa was superb, clean, modern and well appointed. The air-con was absolutely necessary and worked well as did the Wifi which pleased our teenage son! The villa looks onto stunning views down towards Roda and the sea. The pool was a good size and always clean. We really could not fault the week we stayed there in any way! The outside space was good with a BBQ available we used one night. The villa has all of the standard-living bits you need, enough glasses, dishes, pots/pans etc….and more importantly enough sunbeds!  The villa was visited by a cleaner 3 or 4 times we were there for a week, she worked tirelessly for hours each time and it showed, we had absolutely no complaints. The drive from the airport took around 50 minutes to 1hr. We did this at night which wasn’t ideal and it took us 10-15 minutes to find the villa despite then finding we’d driven past the turning about 5 times! I would therefore recommend anyone hiring the villa to arrive during daylight as it’s very easy to find then as you can see it on the hill-side as you approach from a distance. We also went into town for lunch and dinner most days, lovely beach restaurants, supermarkets and shops less than a 5 min drive away so the villa is well placed but far enough away to be quiet and free from any noise. It really is a perfect villa in a perfect location. I couldn’t recommend it more and would absolutely love to return. I couldn’t recommend this villa enough and would happily speak to anyone who wanted to email me for more info as to our time spent there.

We have just returned from a 11 night holiday in this wonderful villa set impressively on a hill with the most stunning view of the surrounding countryside and coast. We were a party of 16 which were 3 families with 10 children between us but the sheer size of the villa felt we weren't at all on top of one another at all which was just perfect. The vila itself was exactly as described but even more lovely with beautiful rooms,great bathrooms, lots of toilets and two kitchens with every utensil you could imagine and fantastic outside space for relaxing and loads of space around the extremely impressive pool with lovely barbecue area. The lovely host stamatis was just brilliant throughout with help with the booking and always there to offer help with transfers, taxis and anything else, nothing was to much trouble and fresh fruit and vegetables would appear in our kitchen which was lovely. The quality of this villa was second to none and would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone,nothing was left to chance and everything was provided so felt like a home away from home. Our our 3-generation family group of 14 had a very happy week at Villa Regina Rossa . It accommodated us all very comfortably and we spent many happy hours in the lovely pool, overlooking beautiful scenery. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and run around . We enjoyed our family meals around the table on the terrace, including barbecues and the delightful lady who came to clean brought us an abundance of fresh eggs from her chickens and delicious home-grown tomatoes. Stamatis was very welcoming and was on hand whenever we had any queries. We would have loved to have stayed another week...or two or three !

We were a family party of 14, and had the use of the whole villa. The whole place was really beautiful, clean and well kept. The pool, a big favorite with everyone had warm crystal clear water, with lots of loungers to sunbath on. The host was very nice and helpful, always on call should we need him, and kept us supplied with fresh eggs and salad from his garden. Lots of villages to visit if you have a car, sea not too far away - in walking distance if you are young and fit. A big hit with the young children were the tortoises coming to be fed every day. I would definitely recommend this villa and would love to go back to it one day.

The villa was perfectly situated for accessing all of Corfu's north coast, with many towns, beaches, sites and activities within 30 mins drive. The villa was well-equipped and obviously looked after by the owner. We were particularly impressed by the swimming pool with its fabulous views over the coast. Stamatis was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had about the area or the villa and very responsive to our requests. We were a group of 13 people, families and friends, with ages from 15-90. The villa suited us all perfectly.
