Stayed Aug 17, 2024First problem was that the key was only available at the realty office, which was a madhouse at 4pm. There are other ways to organize this; but clearly this realty company doesn't care about their tenants. It's unfortunate that the property management does not maintain this property. A/C was inconsistent on the 2nd floor as well as hot water inadequate. The pool wasn't cleaned or filled with water until the 4th day of our stay. I tested the chemicals & the Cl continued to be extremely high. We did not use it, which was very disappointing as that was one of the main reasons we leased this house. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom? Really? Towels were cheap, thin & not enough for 7 people. It's a very nice house, great location on the beach, but for this price I wouldn't rent from this company again. Clearly they are cutting a lot of corners at the tenant's expense.

Stayed Nov 24, 2025I really want to give this place 5 star, I had a good stay after few things were sorted. No issue on collecting the keys from the office. But when we got there, the remote on the gate didn't work, so I had to contact the office and they told me to push the gate open. Next, the front door lock didn't work smoothly, earlier advice from the person at the office told me was to just push the door. Actually you should pull the door towards you instead and unlock the lock at the same time. Third, I went to use the toilet upon entering, but there was no toilet paper. I had to ask my kids to get it from the other toilets. And there wasn't any soap for me to wash my hands, I needed to get from my luggage. Lastly, I couldn't connect to the internet. I tried multiple times entering the long password that is very encrypted, making sure I don't make any mistake. After the 4th try, I gave up and contacted the office. They told me to find the router and log in by taking a picture of the code. That was so easy, the instruction should have been in the check-in sheet. Lastly, the mop and pail was in the toilet, I moved it into the closet as I do not want to see it. We have just flown in from the US and was still having jet lag. With just a few euros, the initial impression could be easily improved!

Stayed Oct 15, 2024We had a lovely 8 nights at this villa. The Villa was very clean and as described. Lovely facilities. The only negative for me the lack of steps to help getting in and out of the swimming pool. I do think anyone with small children would need to be aware that there is no hand rail or steps on the pool, so you need to be able to pull yourself up and out. The location is good, you can walk into the centre of Salou in 30 mins, or there is a bus stop a couple of mins away, with regular buses around the area, and beyond (Barcelona) so we didn't need to hire a car. Get the bus card with 10 trips loaded on for really good value transport. There area was fairly quiet when we were there (October) but there were restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk Lovely views out over the sea, which is literally on your door step. Great place for a relaxing holiday.
