Villa pool 29°, beach & center 5mn walk, quiet, leave your car :)

The villa was absolutely perfect, as described and more. We were a family of 5, my husband and I, our daughter and her two boys, aged 14 and 10. The pool was a great hit, the villa so well equipped, beautifully furnished and comfortable. The position close to town worked well too, nice not to have to drive everywhere. Highly recommend and would love to return one day.

Wonderful house and gardens. It had everything you could want. Pool with outside shower, gorgeous covered terrace for outside dining and private parking for cars behind high electronic gates. Great kitchen and lots of storage in the bedrooms. Minutes walk to resort centre with lots of restaurants and bars.Owner really helpful and left us champagne to enjoy on our first night. It was so beautiful I didn’t want to come home. Will definitely be back next year.

What can I say, except that after 18 years of staying in a multitude of villas, all over France, this villa is the best by far. The layout of the property is amazing, the pool is out of this world, and no expense has been spared in furnishing the villa. As for the location, we'll it's 5 minutes on foot from theTown centre and the beach, added to that, the owner is the most wonderful chap. I simply cannot recommend this property highly enough

We are familiar with this lovely area but the first time we have stayed right in La Tranche Sur Mer. The villa was superb, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with great open plan living and tranquil quiet bedrooms. The pool and outside area fabulous with comfy loungers and great decor. Ideal for a family or adults alike. Erwen was a great host and showed us around making sure we were ok with everything before he left. The town has great facilities, shopping,restaurants,water sports, cycling and all you can need to make a great holiday including lovely beaches and walks. We didn’t use the car much so was great and could wander in to town and use the bars, restaurants with ease. Thank you for letting us stay Erwen and for the thoughtful welcome gift, we would love to return again one day.

A great house in a super location, with a first class swimming pool. A very short walk to the restaurants and shops. The house was clean, tidy and well equipped. Just one suggestion for the owner: a few indoor fans would have helped during the warm weather.....the bedroom became very hot at night. Overall a deserved 5* review.

The house is exactly as it looks in pictures. 7 of us (5 adults 2 children) and there was plenty of room. It is well equipped and the beds are extraordinarily comfortable.The pool is lovely and everyone swam in it. The house is well situated, you can walk everywhere; into the town for shopping and restaurants and to the town beach. Other beaches and attractions and a supermarket are easily accessible by car. I would return to that house.

Having stayed in our Motorhome in the area last year we decided to revisit with our daughter son in law and 10 month old granddaughter. We had the perfect holiday. The villa photos do not do it justice - it is amazing! Spacious for the 5 of us, beautiful pool and quiet. Really close to the town and beaches. No real need to use the car. Thank you, hopefully we will be able to return sometime.

Both Erwan and Annelyse gave us plenty of information ahead of our arrival to ensure a smooth visit. The villa is exactly as stated on the website, in fact it surpassed expectations. The standard of finish and amenities are excellent, the pool and sun loungers are perfect, and there’s plenty of room to relax inside if it gets too hot?. A short 5 minute stroll to the shops and restaurants and the Super U just 2 minutes in the car. A wonderful week in an ideal holiday villa, highly recommended. ❤️

Excellent property. Compact, but well designed. Everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Property was clean and well maintained. Pool was excellent, kitchen small, but well organised and easy to keep clean. A great base, within 5 to 10 minutes walk to the old town. Plenty of good quality bars and restaurants reasonably priced. We had a couple of small issues, but owner was quick to respond and issues soon resolved. We had a fantastic holiday in a lovely home from home space. Excellent weather helped, but there would have been plenty to Do, even if the sun hadn't been shining. Would recommend.
