Massa Lubrense, Campania

Villa Pisani belongs to a nobles' Neapolitan family who built it during the 60s. You will be enchanted by the breathtaking view of Capri Island and olive trees, pine trees, hibiscus flowers and a pool with sunbeds and parasols. Villa is located in Massa Lubrense, in between Sorrento Coastline and Positano & Amalfi Coastline. This central position gives a great advantage to guests because it is equidistant between Sorrento and Positano, not too far from Amalfi and Ravello and Pompei too.
Villa features 6 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms, every room has a double bed, air conditioning, brand new 2020 mattresses and pillow top on. As for good quality mattresses we use Percalle cotton sheets ( We care of your rest during your holidays ). From parking you access the large terrace where pool is and door entrance, you find a large living room with a stunning view of Capri island from inside. From living room you go downstairs to a bigger living room with a fireplace and a common bathroom, at this floor there are two double rooms with its bathroom, one in ensuite the other is just outside the room door. From the entrance if you go straight you enter the large well equipped kitchen, with 2 sinks, electric owen, micro wave owen, dishwasher, and a king size fridge. The whole villa is about 400 square meters so there enough space for everyone quiet. On terrace close to the pool are a original coal & wood barbecue.
Villa features a ultra high speed unlimited fiber internet, a free of charge Italian Iphone with unlimited giga and unlimited italian calls, a free of charge laptop with a Xerox laser printer, toilet paper, napkins, shampoo, bath foam, one hairdryer for every bathroom, iron, all the soaps for dish washer and washing machine, electricity adaptor, candles, off, etc.

Extremely suitable for families, family reunions, or 4 / 6 couples. The breathtaking panorama and the absolute silence makes this villa unique.
Once you leave you will miss it.
Wedding anniversaries, birthday celebrations, family reunions are all welcomed, and I will do my best for giving you support to organize what you like.
Everything described here is in the exclusive use of guests during their staying, no common/shared areas.
The beauty of the landscape and the silence of nature surrounding the villa is interrupted only by the sound of birds singing in the morning.
The Villa is located 1,1 km from the center of Massa Lubrense where you can find the fresh fruit shops, bars, restaurants, artisan gelateria, butcher, tourist office, and many small shops of handicraft products such as pastries or sandals, 2 Banks with ATM.
Within a short distance you can reach the Marina della Lobra, the small fishing village of Massa Lubrense, with their typical wooden boats: the Sorrento gozzo. From the Marina you can book a private boat with captain or a collective boat for a day's excursion to Capri or Positano and Amalfi every morning, and on the return you can eat on the terraces of the two restaurants of the harbor.
For passionate enthusiasts, the whole area of Massa Lubrense has some beautiful natural trails to go through in nature among olive's and lemon's trees scents.
Massa Lubrense is located right in the middle of the two Gulfs of Naples and Salerno, so by car you can reach from one side Sorrento, Pompeii and Herculaneum archeological sites, or Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello full of natural beauties and history.
Dive into the experience of flavors ! In Campania and precisely in the Sorrento and Amalfi Coast there are the most important restaurants of the Region, with Michelin stars, and in the whole area you will eat everywhere very well and drink the best Aglianico red wine or Fiano di Avellino, Greco di Tufo, and Falanghina white wine. Almost all the restaurants offer fresh seafood specialties, my advice is to explore them from the simplest to the finest, because the flavor of the ingredients, the true taste of the vegetables of this area give a very high overall result.
Not so far from the villa you will find the mozzarella maker Benedetto, where you can also book a quick visit tasting local products, all very simple and natural. At Benedetto you can buy fresh mozzarella or the famous Provolone del Monaco, a local fine aged cheese, or the best ricotta cheese you ever had in your life. You can also order some of those products at CRAI (managed by Oreste) minimarket that is about 1 km far from the villa.
Another place I would recommend to visit is the Marina del Cantone, more easily known as Nerano, where even if there is a stone beach there are some of the best restaurants in the area, famous for a recipe of spaghetti with sliced zucchine, grated provolone and parmesan cheese .... It's hard to forget the goodness of their taste. A few meters from the Villa you will find in a wonderful panoramic square, in front of an ancient 1.600 AC Saracen tower the restaurant La Torre, famous for its dishes and for the owner nicknamed Tonino One Fire, I suggest it !

We all felt very privileged to share this lovely family villa for 8 days. The villa is large & spacious with everything one could need for in the way of facilities. We could have moved in with just the clothes on our backs. The location & views are stunning all around the bay of Naples & the sunsets something else. The vegetation jasmine, olives, geraniums, bourganvillia, palms, lemons & bergamont surround the villa. Massa Lubrenssa is a quite village location with many restaurants serving delicious food Lorenzo the manager was charming & super attentive without being intrusive & gave excellent recommendations for excursions & restaurants. He was on hand for any queries with prompt answers. Our whole stay was a great success & would recommend to anyone with a party of up to 12 People
Absolutely gorgeous location and very special spacious villa. We met as a family reunion and everyone had their own space and great spaces to hang together. Lorenzo was so helpful and attentive.
Everything as described and much more! There are views of the Isle of Capri from most every room. Of note, the driveway leading up to the villa would have issues accommodating a large van as it is a tight hairpin turn. The property manager, Lorenzo, did an outstanding job and was extremely helpful. Without hesitation, We would definitely. recommend this property to others.
We had the most amazing 12 days at Villa Pisani in June 2022. First off, I can’t say enough good things about Villa manager Lorenzo and his pre-trip communication. He was responsive to my questions, generous with information about the area and activities we could arrange, and flexible when it came to schedule changes we had to make. On check-in day, we were welcomed with a fridge full of wine, beer, milk & water, and supplies for the next morning’s breakfast, as Lorenzo knew we had had a long day of travelling and no easy access to groceries. The villa itself was well-equipped, and almost every “essential” for bathroom, cleaning, and cooking was available. There are lots of levels to this villa, so it’s easy to take a lot of wrong turns, lol, but it was comfortable and private for our friend group of 4 couples. We only used the top floor bedrooms, but there are at least two more on the lower level for larger groups. The grounds and views, especially from the top terrace, were spectacular. It is truly a million-dollar view of sunsets and Capri, and we were fortunate to have great weather for 10 of our 12 days. The owner’s wife Anna Maria cooked an elaborate lunch for us one afternoon. Do this. She is an amazing cook. She fed 8 of us a 4-course lunch for a 100Euro grocery bill plus 100E for her time. So very worth it. Her husband Camillo (the owner) is a hoot. The Villa was his family home. Lorenzo bbq’d for us one evening as well - so yum. He also helped arrange for us pizza delivery one night. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he routinely checked up on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Bottom line. Massa Lubrense (the region) is a lovely area with many interesting towns & villages, and everything you could need within a reasonable ambit. It is also well-placed to access both the Amalfi Coast and the Bay of Naples areas, with a local Marina nearby from which to charter a private boat, or join a group outing on the water. (Do this. Amalfi by water is unbeatable.) The Villa is comfortable, very well-loved and lived-in, with a view that alone is worth the price. The photos cannot do it justice. You will not find a more congenial host than Lorenzo (or Camillo). Do not hesitate to book.
We had high expectations from the listing. To put it short, our stay surpassed expectations more than we thought possible. Firstly, Lorenzo is the kindest, honest and most hospitable host. This I do not say lightly. Second, this villa is truly a gem. Do not pass it up if you get the chance to stay here. I will be returning 100%. Please be good to Lorenzo and this Villa!
