This spacious residence includes 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with stand up showers and private bathrooms. A 98 Flat Scree TV broadcasts in surround sound into the living and dining room where you can open up the room and access the ocean front patio and listen to the waves crashing against the beach.

There is air conditioning throughout with thermostats in each room to get your own personal temperature just right. The room darkening shades make sleeping easy. Your first class experience takes advantage of my resort membership and includes the following world class amenities:

Fitness & Wellness Center: With Stunning mountain views through floor to ceiling glass walls, this new 8,000 square foot fitness center has the latest techno gym fitness equipment, a full complement of spinning, yoga and movement classes, a staff of top trainers and wellness programs.

Within 5 minutes, overlooking the pool and directly on Dorado Beach, the Encanto Beach Club Bar and Grill restaurant offers grilled seafood and meats, classic island-inspired cocktails and a breathtaking view. COA is a Grill concept, that highlights custom-made “Mi Brasa” wood burning oven. The restaurant also features “La Cava” with over 650 prestigious wine labels, making it one of the largest wine lists in the Caribbean. The Positive Sand Bar has fresh sushi and ceviche, tapas-style dishes and hand-crafted cocktails where guests can relax with their feet in the sand. Lastly the Cocina Gourmet is a market-style café and boutique features Puerto Rican coffees, homemade gelatos, fresh pastries and light snacks. It also hosts cooking classes, wine dinners and other culinary events.

There is a minimum of a 7-day rental per homeowners association rules. There is an extra per person fee for the resort membership.
