Villa Panorama with sea views

The house was perfect and Tina was there for everything we needed including recommendations, a bus tutorial, and directions when needed. Gorgeous views and very clean. Right in the middle of town and walking distance to everything. We could not of chosen a better place to stay!

Villa Panorama is beautiful and charming. Nestled on the cliff side, below a gorgeous church and above gardens and the ocean. In Praiano, central to all Amalfi Coast has to offer. Shops and restaurants up above on the street level. Great people and great time had by my group of 8! We loved Villa Panorama and would recommend! However, elderly, or people with mobility issues should be ware. Pack light . Lots of stairs, but so beautiful! Luca was awesome to work with and we had no issues at all with the property. First and foremost, the listing is extremely deceiving. The views were amazing however we could never use the balconies because of a million ants crawling all over the back patio and balcony. Also, there is construction going on next-door. So along with the amazing views, you also see a lot of trash laying around next to the property.All the bedrooms have double beds that are attached to make one big bed. These beds move easily during the night.We found a live cockroach in the kitchen. Basic amenities were not provided such as hand soap in kitchen. The tiles all over the house were broken. It is a safety hazard for children. You cannot walk around the house without shoes or slippers.WiFi only worked in the living room so we had no connectivity in the bedrooms. Location was good with 10 minute walk to beach club, short walk to restaurants and public transport.

We enjoyed every minute in this property! Luca was so responsive and wonderful during our stay! Started us off with a chilled Prosecco and just got better from there! Highly recommend this amazing place!

Great house and great location! Once in the house, there are great rooms and plenty of space. The views from the yard are amazing! Simple house, but served our needs!

This villa was the perfect location for our Amalfi vacation. Easy to walk to dinner, shops, church and beach club. However, there are a lot of steps. It was very manageable for our group but if you have trouble going up and down steps, the Amalfi coast is not a good place to go. There are steps everywhere you go because everything is built on and into the beautiful cliffs. The inside of the villa could use a little updating. Most of the furnishings are older looking but it’s very cozy. Kitchen was stocked well, we cooked dinner in the villa one night. There is a washing machine and drying rack outside with clothes pins. The view is amazing from the upper and lower decks. This is a two story villa with 3 full bathrooms. Beds are not bad but more firm than we are used to. Host communicated well and was very responsive. Luke met us on the Main Street in town and helped us get our luggage down to the villa. The location of this villa is perfect and Praiano is one of the best places to stay on the Amalfi coast because it’s quieter and less crowded than other towns. I highly recommend Villa Panorama!!

Excellent location in Praiano -steps below the beautiful church, with a wonderful view of Positano. Lovely little restaurant up on the main road, easy to take buses to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. We were able to take a boat tour to Capri from the Praiano Beach. Bedrooms overlooking the Mediterranean!. My only caution would be that the lower level with one bedroom and kitchen had a damp mildewy smell. But the upper level with two bedrooms was perfectly fine. Wonderful balcony with loungers and table and chairs overlooking Positano.

Wonderful stay with breathtaking views. Lovely older traditional villa with everything we needed. Just a little problem with the wi-fi but the area was down so not anyones fault. Even the stairs were not a problem, made us a a little fitter. Maria the villa manager was absolutely amazing with checkin and any enquiries we had. Thank you Maria. You made the experience better. We were also lucky to be there for the San Gennaro Festival which was special to see. :)

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Villa. The house is very comfortable and we loved visiting the town of Praiano. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Panarama . The views are spectacular both day and night. Maria was very helpful upon on arrival giving us recommendations for restaurants taxi drivers and bus schedules. Then location is perfect, with great restaurants and cafes yet villa is very private and peaceful.

The house was clean and comfortable, the views were just amazing. Access to the house can be challenging for those that are less than fit or the elderly. Of course that was all well disclosed by owners. House is built on side of a mountain affording tremendous once in a lifetime views, but that came at a price of navigating the steps. Great if you don't plan to leave the property a whole lot. Not for the unfit or elderly. Otherwise, hosts were excellent, very communicative, very helpful. Pool is small (again, properly disclosed). Location not bad for restaurants, markets, and a gorgeous church. Great if you want to go and relax.

Villa Panorama… I miss you already. We were a family of 8. Very spacious in and outside, big bedrooms, nice size bathrooms & showers. Kitchen was equipped with basics I cooked with no issues. House was clean with air conditioning and beds are comfortable. Now for the views…. Wow!! The upper balcony provides 2x bedrooms a view and the lower kitchen level has the same views. Spacious outdoor sitting area for 8, table, chairs, umbrellas and of course the cool tub, we floated in each very hot day enjoying the view. The view is completely unobstructed with Positano in the distance and the open sea. Quiet neighborhood. 3 -5 minute walk up to street to Praiano. There you have several wonderful restaurants, a gift shop with lovely ceramics, a cafe and bus stop. I fell in love with Praiano. It is is the middle between Positano & Amalfi. Do not walk to these places. Taxis & busses are safer. There is a tourist information office in town that can assist you with excursions, etc. after a long, hot, crowded day in Positano it is very nice to come back and relax. Maria & Luca were our property managers and were helpful and friendly. Each check in/out. My 79 year old mother was able to walk up & back to town each day at her own pace.
