Villa Palaco Grande, heated pool, Gulf access boat for additional fee

Pool was great and heater worked amazing.Home was well equipped and clean. Beach chairs would have been a plus! Property manager was very responsive!

The hosts were outstanding. The reason I did not give an excellent rating is just a couple of items.Swim deck needs to be redone and the beach towels should have been retired awhile ago. We did purchase some towels and they reimbursed us for those. Very kind.

We really enjoyed our stay!! Pool temperature was perfect!! Beautiful location and house!! Sandra was amazing to deal with during booking to our final checkout!!! We look forward to coming back

The location of the house on the cannel only short 10 minute ride out to the river was a plus. The house is starting to look dated. Needs some attention.

This property was nice and we had a great experience with no issues. Rented the boat for our stay and everything was great with the boat as well. Highly recommend renting a boat

We were looking forward to a relaxing stay with a pool, proximity to the beach, and boat rental. This property fits that perfectly. The home was well stocked, clean, and offered everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable. We appreciated the extras (a cooler and body boards that we took to the beach, as well as plenty of beach towels to use during our stay) and the quiet neighborhood. The property manager, Sandra, was responsive and kind. We wished we had the ability to stay longer and would definitely return.

We stayed in the house for a bit more than 2 weeks. House was as described.Clean, well equipped, nice pool. Very quiet area, totally relaxing, sunsets from the pool or the dock are just amazing. Sanibel, Ft Myers, Sarasota and Naples are within 30 - 60 min. Hosts Sandra and Kay are great, they even took time to check in and out in person. Recommend to stay there, will return.

This is our 3rd year in a row renting a home in Cape Coral for our family vacation. I can't say enough good things about the property management team at this house. They are prompt, communicate so well, and are kind. The house is well stocked for long days o. The bea h and by the pool. We seam with manatees on Sandibel, rented a boat for several days, saw countless dolphins, rays, and got free shells to take home. We loved our time here. Our only complaint is that ot went by so fast!

Overall property was fantastic! I was surprised once I arrived to find out that I would be responsible for electricity costs for the week. It was not in the Listing, however, after thoroughly combing through the fine print in the rental agreement it was in there.
