If you still don't know the sound of peace, you must stay at Villa Oleandra. The silence is broken only by the chirping of the birds and the rustling of the windswept foliage. Aquietness that is the companion of reading, of moments of true relaxation by the pool, of tennis matches and of walks in the house's wooded park.

The semi-detached villa is part of an exclusive residential complex. Far from the noise of the city, it is surrounded by 4,000 square metres of garden. Villa Oleandra has large and well-kept outdoor spaces that allow you to spend a holiday in total relaxation and in close contact with nature.

A private tennis court is available to guests. In the evening, the lighting in the magnificent garden and pool creates a magical, sometimes poetic atmosphere.

Strategically located, it is just a five-minute drive from the renowned Poetto white beach, with establishments, excellent fish and meat restaurants, and various services including beach umbrella and deckchair rental. Its proximity to the main roads leading to the beaches of South Sardinia also makes it a strategic starting point for a holiday spent on the road, towards the spectacular white beaches of Villasimius and, further afield, towards the beautiful Costa Rei and, on the opposite side, just a fifty-minute drive from the beautiful white beaches of Chia, Nora and Pula.

To reach Cagliari, enjoy its splendid views, breathe in its history and taste its excellent cuisine you need very little: in ten minutes by clock you are immersed in the atmosphere of one of Italy's most beautiful seaside towns.

The villa is located near the residential area of MARGINE ROSSO, (Municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena), in an enchanting place, protected from noise and chaos.

Situated ten minutes by car from the capital of Sardinia, Cagliari, and just five minutes by car from the centre and the beautiful and renowned Poetto seafront promenade - equipped with establishments, exceptional restaurants and services of various kinds - it is also a strategic point for reaching the picture-postcard beaches of South Sardinia.

The villa has a loggia furnished with sofa facing the park; a loggia furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining facing the pool; a veranda furnished with sofa facing the pool; a barbecue.

This splendid Villa for rent can accommodate up to 8/9 people and has a surface area of 220 square metres divided between the elegant ground floor and a magnificent mansard overlooking the pool and tennis court. The property is composed as follows:
- MANSARDA with double bedroom, private bathroom (ensuite), safe and 2 verandas (one with a view of the large garden in front of the house and the other with a view of the swimming pool and tennis court);

- 2 double bedrooms with independent entrance from the garden in front of the pool;
- 1 room with a single bed (so-called French bed), also ideal for a couple;
- American-style kitchen with peninsula and dining table in fine white marble, garden view and direct access to the pool;

Note: the linen rental agency imposes a compulsory weekly change
EXCLUSIVE use of the swimming pool and tennis court: if requested at the time of booking, the cost is € 500 per week.

- Our villa is called ‘Villa Oleandra Quartu Sant'Elena’. Search for the name of the property online to view more photos and information on the owner's website, and then book via the portal.

-in low season always ask if the swimming pool is in operation.

- unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking, dogs or other animals are not allowed, as the owner owns two tame and non-aggressive Labrador dogs that will remain enclosed in their spacious and comfortable enclosure during our guests' stay.

- the other part of the 220 sq m semi-detached villa, with its own separate entrance, is inhabited only by the owner and his family, who ensure maximum welcome and availability to guests during their stay.

-available all year round.

- For the sake of transparency, I would like to point out that this our Villa – as well as being managed by me, the owner – is also managed by tour operators. For this reason, in order to avoid the payment by me of costly contractual penalties, I will happily accept all bookings that arrive from the portal as long as I have been authorised in advance by the tour operator, which normally responds swiftly to my request for authorisation.

Therefore. before sending a booking request it is advisable to first send an information request to check the availability of the house, and then possibly proceed with the booking through the portal.

-Only the costs of electricity consumption, double and/or single sets of bed linen and towels should be added to the rental price published on the portal: face and shower per person, which we rent if required, and the tourist tax and the vat but only if due.
