Villa Noemi seaview and beautiful garden... Unforgettable holiday!

Villa Noemi blew our minds. After staying in apartments in the rest of Italy, Villa Noemi was a bresh of much needed fresh air. Antonino and Noemi were fantastic hosts and were prompt in there replies to all of our questions. We had a user issue with the heating system and getting a toilette to flush, but Antonino showed up twice within 5 minutes to take care of the issue. The villa has an amazing covered veranda from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains, the bay and Castellammare del Golfo. It includes an outdoor cooking setup, which we didnt get to use but was fun to dream about. The property also includes a small orchard with mandarins, oranges, lemons and grapefruit. There is nothing better at breakfast time walking out the veranda door and taking a 1 minute stroll to pick your breakfast fresh off a tree. Truly a delight!! There are also olive trees, but I hate olives and I steered away from them. Villa Noemi was the perfect base of operations for my family of 7. We travelled to San Vito Lo Capo, Trapani, Erice, Palermo and Salinunte. We eagerly and happily stay stay here again and again and again!

Beautiful property! A very large and comfortable home with a large terrace that overlooks a small citrus orchard and has distant views of the sea. We picked oranges for breakfast every morning! The hosts are warm and responsive. We would stay again.

Lovely house, large and well-equipped, with a very nice garden and orchard and a good view of the sea. Quiet location a short way out of town. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace, relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

This house is perfect if you want to rest and enjoy peaceful surroundings. it feet 9 guests comfortably. The house is very well organized with large bed rooms and amazing terrace with a great outside kitchen and BBQ and view on the gulf. All the meals can be taken outside. All the equipment you need for a perfect stay. The owner and her parents are great and very accommodating. They want you to feel good and will do everything they can. I am please to recommend this house and if I have the chance I will go back.

Description and photos reflect exactly the house that is put up for rent. There are no surprise, the house is clean, and well kept up. Nice view over the mountains and the see. Quiet area, just in the outskirts of town, a car is necessary. Greeting from the owner and organization of stay was perfect. Very helpful and full of tips. For travellers coming off season, this house is equiped with central heating and a fireplace.. quite useful as in beginning of April the weather can be cool... however, gas cost for heating is a surplus fee ( 3euros a m3) which is normal, but must be taken into consideration as it adds up to the cost rental of the house (we used 8 m3 the first day ! ) Garden has citrus fruits, oranges and grapefruit trees, a real delight! There is a nice terrace and BBQ outside kitchen, that must be great to use later in spring season and during summer and beggining autumn. WIFI works perfectly! I suggest to the owners to constitute a visitors' book that would compile practical aspects and sites to visit/restaurant.. Best regards, Carina and Eric

Nice villa with super view to mountains and sea from terrace. Clean and spacious house rooms with beautiful garden. Supermarket is not far away, but car is a must. Owners are very helpful, and all questions were solved the same/next day. Highly recommended!

Highest recommendation for a quiet sea-side holiday in the Sicilian countryside, close to the sea, close to the mountains. The house and facilities were tastfull, stylish, comfortable and very clean. An extra outside kitchen (bbq) was fantastic for us. Gorgeous sea and mountain views from many rooms and from the terraces. Extremely helpful owners. The environement is very calm and friendly. We enjoyed the big panoramic veranda with view of the sea and beautiful surroundings. A short drive to the sandy beach was also very nice. We enjoyed ourself very much. We had a wonderfull vacation in this beautifull villa!

After travelling all the way from New Zealand it was great to finally arrive in such a perfect spot. Arriving at night we didn't appreciate the great views of the sea and the mountains until the next morning. The villa is large with 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very useful when 5 adults and 3 children are all trying to get ready for the beach!. Handy to have an outside shower to remove all the sand as well. The town is large enough to provide all shopping needs but small enough to get to know it well in a few days. Close to a lovely beach and to ancient sites such as Erice, Monreale, Selinunte and Segesta. Scopello and San Capo de Vito are close by if you fancy a different beach. We all had a wonderful time at Villa Noemi. The owner and family could not have been more helpful and Benedetto was happy to shoot round on his Ducati to answer any questions and fix any problems. We'd be happy to return to Villa Noemi and Castellamare del Golfo at some point in the future.
